Great food and exceptional staff.

Great View, Excellent Experience!!

The hotel and location are lovely. When we arrived there were empty cars filling the entire arrival circle. We waited a few minutes to see if a valet would come out, no. So, we parked out front, leaving room for cars to get thru, to check in. We mentioned when we came in there was no valet, although there was a valet sitting there doing nothing. When I went out to get plate number, he walked up to the front desk and complained about where I had parked. My companion listened to the exchange. Again offering no assistance. When I came back I was told to move my vehicle before they would continue check in. Luckily one of the cars had left and I was able to move my car. How about you had one of the six other cars sitting out there empty move. Passive aggressive valet really. Extremely unprofessional. There are many other gorgeous hotels in the area with wonderful service. That is where we will go next time. Never here again.

Beautiful views from a comfortable and well appointed room. I really appreciated the room upgrade upon arrival and the views across the harbour are not to be missed. This was my second stay at the Inn at Laurel Point and I will definitely stay again.

A solid 3 star hotel pulling off 4 stars mostly due to location (views). Low quality bed. The coffee shop is excellent though.

The hotel was exemplary! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. My only regret was that I could only stay one night.

Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the selection was excellent with comparable prices. Window view if the harbour was nice to take in while we dined. The room was great. Also had a nice view of the harbour. The property has sea shore paths to walk and explore the immediate area and the harbour taxi was in close proximity to skip across the water to see and venture out into the downtown core or across the The Empress and adjacent shops. Would definitely stay there again!

This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve had! Such a lovely hotel, amazing staff ( Luis & Haydee) front desk), Kate and Matilda (restaurant), spectacular location!! So walkable. Saw pod of orcas in harbor from our balcony! Definitely woukd stay again!!

The food here was out of this world, fresh, tasty, and world class. The only thing missing was a gif shop.

Loved the cafe

We really liked our stay! Nice and clean and comfortable. Liked the opening window for fresh air. One thing that could be improved on is the pillows for the bed…they are not comfy!

Nice cafe and pastry options. Lovely location right on the seawall. 10min walk to downtown victoria area. Restaurant was also lovely at night with the cityscape view lit up. Appropriately priced during our visit in April.

The room was incredibly beautiful and staff were wonderful. The little cafe was a bit overpriced. Almost $20 for a latte and a croissant but it was yummy.

Loved that it was on the waterfront, great staff, proximity to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel

We always enjoy coming back to this spectacular place. We stayed in the Erickson Wing with an amazing view (especially during sunset) of the Outer Harbour. Our room was spacious, clean and private. The location of the Inn at Laurel Point is perfect…we walked to anll of our dinners over the 4 days and the Aura restaurant never disappoints. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year. Thanks.

Perfectly beautiful , quiet andcwith an unbeatable view.

Fantastic location. We had a balcony facing the water and the view was lovely. Also had a very nice coffee/bakery/sandwich bar that was reasonable and delicious.
