Very Nice hotel and good breakfast

My husband and I spend there one night for our anniversary . The location is gorgeous and the view is exquisite. However on the day we checked in we asked for a late check out meaning 12 instead of 11. On check out day at 10:40 am the house keeping knocked the door and we said no thank you as I was packing to leave and my husband was in the shower and she still opened the door. I said thank you but no please close the door. She apologized and said please take your time. Yet at 11 sharp. She came back this time didn’t knocked just opened the door and I was getting out of the shower so I got scared and said excuse me we are still here. this invasion of privacy is unacceptable. Should be a bare minimum more because of the quality of hotel they are ranked and priced.

Amazing views of the inner harbor, easy parking, clean rooms. Some renovations going on

We stayed here for our first trip with our 4 month old and the staff made it so easy! They had a playpen sent up for us with a blanket if we needed. We stayed in the Erickson wing and while it was a bit dated than what you’d find in a new build, we liked the character and our room was super clean. Beds were great! Our A/C blew a breaker twice so had to call down to maintenance but they had someone up within 10 minutes both times! Overall, it was a great stay

Room was clean, nicely appointed and large enough with a comfortable separate sitting area. The balcony has a great view of the harbor, I just wish they took a little more care to clean and maintain it outside. The hotel has a nice restaurant and we really appreciated the Duo cafe for coffee and bakery items. Also the locations is perfect. My only complaint is the room has an old school AC thats about 2 ft away from the bed. It sounds like a bus starting up everytime it would come on.

Rooms are very nice. Restaurant and cafe are both excellent. Property is spotless and well located. Can't beat the inner harbor view.

As a businesswoman traveling alone, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and felt safe walking around the area. I couldn't get much work done because I was frequently distracted by the seaplanes, ferries and boat taxis going by.

Amazing. After a long day of travel we were able to check in early. The bellman helped with luggage. The room was spacious had amazing amenities- like a Nespresso!! The staff was always ready to help and assist with anything. Their coffee shop opened at 6 which for early risers was very appreciated. Only downfall was a very tiny workout area!!!
