Very easy to find and meet up with friends. Near restaurants, KFC, 7-Eleven, MRT. The room is clean and safe.

Staffs are friendly, convenient to travel but some equipment in the bathroom are not working.

Room carpet dirty and dusty. I ordered a non-smoking room, they gave me the room at the non-smoking floor, but there is a people smoking at the inside fire door everyday, and too bad my room is close to it. Good receptionist and concierge staff.

Hotel location is ok, convenient to move around, clean room, elevator is a bit slow.

It was a pleasure and a perfect fit to stay in this hotel because it is close to restaurants and shopping places, and if you want to go to the subway it is only 500 meters walk.

The room is old, clean enough, smells of cigarette smoke, but the staff is attentive and quickly fixes it. The blanket is very thin, the blanket is dirty, should be changed.

Nice location but room a bit outdated and also the bed making sound when I moving my body, it seen like it is time to replace the old bed.

The hotel near from MRT and bus stations but the room not big but it 's OK still good.

Location near the halte bus stop A21, near to KFC, near to mosque Kowloon, but Can't have breakfast the hotel.

Location was good at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui.

Very convenient to travel, large hotel, definitely won't get lost, easy to find, close to food sources.

The receptionist was mad at me, and didn't listen to me until the end, because my English was bad.

The female receptionist working on Wed, 17 May is very rude! And she threw each of our passports on the desk instead of politely putting them in front of us! She treated us as if they were her subordinates and not as hotel guests! You have to learn to be polite and friendly to international guests! And the bathtub could not be used properly either. Plus there was no breakfast provided. Will never go back to this hotel. It is not worth the price, and there are many better hotels in the surrounding area.

Nice old fashioned Hotel, good service, good area, near bus station, mtr & a lot of shopping mall & restaurant around the hotel.

I'll be back there if visit Hongkong again.
