Staff was very nice. Hot tub and pool were broken for the entire week. Water damage visible on the top floor.

The room could have been better cleaned as there was a used water bottle top on the floor which i am surprised was missed. Everything else looked great. Next time i will remember to book a room away from the noise od the roxbury when tryinf tinsleep.

It was a good stay. The beds were very comfortable. the shower head was a bit harsh.The bar was great especially happy hour. The hallways and rooms are looking very dated. Check in was quick but not overly welcoming. I may or may not be back. It's a very average hotel at the moment.

Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were great. Staff very friendly. Stayed in the crown suit so had access to the lounge which was great.

Booked as this is our favorite spot to stay downtown, primarily for the hot tub and pool area. Upon arriving we were not told the pool and hot tub were not operating, just a sign up at the pool. The next day, still not operating and staff could not tell us when it would be open. Pretty disappointing when the booking does not note this situation, and no offer of partial refund. We will be thinking twice before booking here again.

We were so impressed with the exemplary customer service we received during our stay over Christmas. The staff welcomed us and saw to our every need. The wait staff in the resturant and bar were fast, efficient and very helpful. We loved the pool, dry sauna and hot tub that used daily. Everything was in easy walking distance of the hotel and sight seeing was easy from this excellent downtown location. We were impressed that Santa visited us with a bag full of treats that hung on our door Christmas morning. We highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families.
