It was cleaner than I expected, and all the staff were kind. The breakfast area isn’t very large, so you might have to wait during busy times. But if you're not in a hurry, it's not a problem.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The supervisor was incredibly nice and made us feel welcome the minute we walked in. Although the pool was closed and being renovated there was not much more to do for my kids. I would definitely go back.

I loved the excellent customer service and very knowledgeable personnel. The breakfast was also amazing!

The stay was nice and pleasant. Lot of options for breakfast. Price for room could be cheaper considering the facilities provided.

Was surprised by the cleanliness and comfort for the price we paid. Comfortable beds and loved having access to my car via patio doors. Wish the pool/hot tub were available, and found the pet fee to be higher than other rooms, but overall was impressed by the hotel.

Staff were wonderful but breakfast was short on some foods if you went later in the open time.

This is the best deal for hotels. Very nice staff. Coffee, milk, and hot water were available all day long. Very impressive with the decorations. Convenient location around the border nearby restaurants and stores. I literally walked to the grocery stores every day. I felt safe and taken care of at this place. I do not want to leave by the end of my trip. If I ever go to Canada again, this is my place to go.

Clean but very dated hotel with pretty rickety and worn out furniture. No wonder we got a “free upgrade” to a king suite.

I lost my wallet in the room and they found and returned it without anything missing. I had offered them gratuity but they declined. We thank so much for the earnest staffs. You have saved our trips.
