Excellent hotel in the heart of Alicante. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. Large comfy bed, air conditioning and British tv channel. Albeit only ITV but fine for getting ready and in the morning. Location is absolutely perfect. Staff on reception are lovely. Next time we visit Alicante we will defo return here. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

This hotel is the worst Barcelona Occidental property I have stayed at. From check in the bad service started. Barely felt welcomed. She gave us the key and paper and that was it. We had a car and I had asked for reservations for parking. The receptionist just said go around the corner and park on the public parking. Which I could have found out myself. The room was so blah. Hardly any amenities in the room or bathroom. shower cap is all there was. Towels were thin and Frayed. Pillows were flat out over used. The room felt like a hostel. For what we paid 800 cad for two nights this was a total rip off. The breakfast buffet was decent. The hallways felt like a university dorm. The only plus was the location. I would not return to this property. Mini bar was empty. Just a fridge with nothing in it. Barcelo you can do better.

Ideal hotel in the centre of Alicante. A 2 minute walk from the tram (to go to the nearest shopping centre or Costa Blanca beach) and perfectly located by the Old town. Hotel itself was super clean and staff were really friendly. Will be coming again. Thank you

Nice breakfast but unfortunately hot option was only ever luke warm. Unfortunately we had a room that faced into a dark inner light well so had no interaction with the outside (i.e. no view but the 4 inside walls and was very dark).. was like having no windows. Lovely big room though. Nice touch having tea/coffee facilities in reception. Friendly staff. Great location.

Our second stay in this hotel but the room was disappointing, a small inner court yard room so no views at all, not even a bedside shelf on one side of the bed for phones, drinks or medication, very clean but disappointing to us.

Nagyon kellemesen telt az ott tartózkodásuk, segítőkész személyzet, tiszta modern szoba. A reggeli nagyon finom és változatos volt, minden nap mást szolgáltak fel szendvicsnek és desszertnek. Kora reggel kellett kicheckolnunk, de megengedték, hogy hozzunk el bármit a pultbol ami a Recepció mellett volt

Good quality city centre hotel, reasonable size rooms, clean and safe in an excellent location. However, the airconditioning was particularly effective and there was some noise from the adjacent street noticably early in morning.

Room was clean, bathroom was very clean, bed linen was clean and crisp. The bed was comfortable, the shower was very good overal. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were good. Areas to note were the coffee cups were not reusable and one bathroom plastic cup had a crack.

Ideal location, close to beach and shops.

They tried to charge me again for my stay, though I had paid in advance. They were very persistent - this went on for half an hour. They didnt even apologise when they realised their mistake (or trying to scam). Towels were never changed. Over a nightclub and very noisy at night. Location is central which is a positive

Great location, convenient for bus from airport as well as the train station. Comfy bed, modern bathroom, quiet at night.

Good hotel but some rooms without a window

Great location 5 mins walk to main promenade, brekfast was good too.

Spotlessly clean and quiet room. Great location for exploring Alicante town and seafront. Small reception.

Large, comfortable room, not much natural light, excellent breakfast. Close to old town and port. Cheap parking garage 50 metres away.

Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, robes, slippers, toiletries etc. Nespresso machine and milks. Water replenished daily. As always a fantastic stay and lovely welcoming staff.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was clean and is also in a great location for exploring. The only drawbacks are that the air conditioning is not switched on in winter, when it’s 23 degrees Celsius in February this is not acceptable as my room was boiling. The front desk were very helpful and switched my room to another on the other side of the building. This room was much cooler although the street noise was loud until the early hours.
