Great staff, friendly, and helpful.

Location excellent. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Not too large or too small a hotel. Would stay again.

Location was great. Super close to Cours Saleya market and restaurants. Hotel is old and tired, really needs some updating. Thought I booked a room with patio or balcony, but only had a view of a patio. One bartender was amazing, the other one a bit surly. Clean? Clothes from previous guest found in a cupboard, wondering about was and was not cleaned after that. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

Great location in Old town . Nice staff but we didn’t like the room. Stayed here 6 nights and they never upgraded us. Room was clean. Towels were only 2 a day and old & thin. We still enjoyed our stay but we have had much better rooms in other hotels.

Staff were lovely & helpful. The hotel is in a great area with beach access & close to the Old Town.

Lovely hotel in an incredible area by the sea. Very walkable and gorgeous area. Gorgeous and spacious room. Bed, bedding, and towels were not as luxe as expected for a hotel of this caliber but everything else was excellent.

The location is super convenient, close to beach and old town. Staff are super friendly and nice, really considerate.

The hotel was pretty average, location of the property was amazing. All the rooms are street facing, so you don't have any rooms that has any views. There is no Iron board or box in the room, it needs to be requested. They only have a "All over Shampoo" so no body wash or shampoo seperate. Visited the place in late April 2025 and they rooms have no AC, when asked they advised they switch on AC only in May. The place gets pretty hot and there is no fan in the rooms. They don't have queen bed, it's 2 single bed that out together to make it a queen bed, so you feel the uncomfortable-ness while sleeping. The Wi-Fi is very choppy in the room, keeps disconnecting, was staying in 215. They don't provide complimentary water for the room everyday, when asked they advised you have to buy water. They also charged me for breakfast when I didn't use their breakfast, so just be mindful of the bill at the end of your stay. Staff are okay, with not much customer service.

Perfect toy positioned in the city near to all the restaurants, old town, tram stop, shopping and beach but still quiet enough to be away from it all. Rooms a little tired but clean, staff excellent and overall great value for money. Loved it.

Hotel amenities description includes air conditioning, this is not correct information. We stayed at the hotel in the month of April, specifically the 26th-28th. The air conditioners were not working. When asked why we were told they do not start working u til the middle of May. This should be mentioned in booking information

Lovely luxury four-star hotel just off the main market and see front in Nice. Helpful and courteous staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival. Bedroom was excellent, quiet at night, utterly spotless with a modern designer shower room. The range of options at breakfast buffet was nice, but the room was really cramped and crowded. The staff keep bumping into the guests in the narrow space between the chairs and tables - which is unfortunate for a buffet. The hotel really need to sort this. Overall a lovely place to stay but some room for improvement.
