Staff was initially terse with us when we voiced our needs and concerns, but eventually very accommodating

This is a motel and has the stereotypical motel mildew smell in it. We booked 4 occupancy but were only allowed 2 towels at a time. Then had to wait two days for a towel exchange. Won’t stay again.

Our stay began with an old, typed notice posted in lobby indicating there was an additional $50 retainer charged for each stay. When I mentioned that there were misspellings in the notice, the person behind the desk said, “yeah, we know.” That attention to excellence defined our stay. The AC had been off in our room for a long time. It was hot and stuffy the whole night. It took an entire day for the room to air out. Light fixtures in the room were broken and/or

The manager and woman working the front desk were very money driven, did not provide good customer service, and the value of what I got for how much they charged me is not worth it.

The sheet was stained, there was a burn hole in the blanket, and big cracks in the bathroom door. The whole place just seemed dirty. I won’t stay in another Red Rood Inn after this.

Great rate, stay here every year for car show

This was my second time staying there . Went last year on same date . Property is always clean . Staff is very professional. And the price can’t be beat. Will be there again next year and will stay there again

When I checked into my room, everything was fine. When I returned in the evening, the room smelled of marijuana smoke to the point that my daughter and I could not breathe in the room. (The rooms were marketed as Non-Smoking) I contacted Expedia, and they were unable to move us to another hotel. The hotel was unwilling to refund us for the stay because I had already checked in. The 2nd room they offered us reeked of stale cigarette smoke and air freshener, which also was not doable for us due to asthma and allergies. The last resort was a first-floor room that smelled of mildew and mold. Without any other options, we stayed the night, but while the TV would turn on, it didn't have any available channels. And the outlets between the bed were not functional. We checked out early the next morning and moved to a different hotel, despite having paid for 2 nights and not being given a refund.

Great staying, clean and friendly staff!

Checked in and checked out the same day. There was no way I was going to spend the night there. Walkong our dog we were able to see people people on the property shooting up drugs. I packed my stuff and booked somewhere else immideatly. This place needs to be shut down room was dirty when we first walked in and smelled horrible.

Economical and clean. TV did not work but that was okay.
