I have stayed here, multiple different occasions and never had an issue. This time my bed was a hard as a rock. The toilet, barely flushed, and the door seem to be broken.You couldn’t close the door unless you slammed it. We told the front desk & apparently maintenance came while we were out but they didn’t fix anything & we were there for 4 days & 3 nights. Not what did housekeeping come to our room to replenish our coffee or cups?

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful. He room we were booked in was unavailable so they upgraded us to a better room. I highly recommend staying here.

Has very much become a budget hotel. Door latch damaged. Bath tub needs updating, some mold. Bed linens didn't fit the properly. Curtain liners let a lot of light through. Rugs showing age and use.

The fact that I was taking my stuff out to my vehicle And I come back in to find my room wide open I had my backpack with my debit machine and my laptop for work sitting on the bed nobody should be entering up your room and wedging your door open for somebody to walk by and notice a backpack and grab it and steal it

The property is well maintained. The room is clean. We didn't do or use other things as we only stayed for one night.

Sawridge was a nice stay. Pillows were in rough shape.

I booked this hotel very last minute with no time to cancel. I only read the reviews afterwards and I got so extremely worried! The stay was better then I thought and I was so relieved! The building is aged, I especially noticed that in the bathroom but it wasn't extremely terrible ! I'm a very fussy person and I left satisfied so I was very thankful! Staff was very help and checking in and out was easy ! The room was clean and a good size. It's in a good spot in the city as well.

It was ok I’ve stayed there a lot over the year. Property is starting to show its age I’m going to look for another.

The property is on a 4 Lane Highway, which can be a little difficult to get into and out of but other than that it’s clean and well maintained and they have a nice bar open we’re a happy hour into the evening

Decent hotel for the price. No headboards on beds in our room.

The staff were nice and helpful the hotel and rooms could use a refresh. Unfortunately, our bed was not comfortable.

Fine. And great price. Restaurant was fine. Gym was just OK.
