Nice staff

The smoke detector started chirping at around 1 AM our second night. I contacted the office and they first suggested that they would add a note to the log and the problem would be resolved later that day. I asked for a new room and the office sent a man to replace the battery in our smoke detector. That solved the problem.

Clean and safe

Staff was extremely helpful.y stay was everything I hoped it would be.

Easy place to stay, conveniently located, reasonable price, no frills, not a fancy conventional hotel. Just a nice place to stay for a day or a few.

It was decent, would probably stay again if I passed this way another time. Shower stall had what looked like mold in crevices that were not easily seen. Toilet was a good height and flushed good. Sink area was good enough.

Clean with comfortable bed

the front desk person was helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything was OK. The two cleaning girls were very hard working, friendly and thoughtful and seemed constantly busy with their work having excellent work ethics. If I had a business I would hire both of them on the spot! Someone will be lucky to have them!!!

Needs remodeled, dirty. There are better places in the area.

We always stay here. Susan at the front desk is a very pleasant lady like always. Every time we have stayed there she always smiles when greeting you and always asked how we are. She's the greatest! Rooms furniture needs to be upgraded. The bed is comfortable. The continental breakfast has nice choices. Quiet walking distance to fast food places for that late night snack.

The room was not vacuumed, the tub had a footprint in it, the bedsheets, bedsheet liners (looked like poop smears on the side of the bed) and covers were dirty. There were poop particles on the bathroom floor that I thought were bugs. I tried to “kill” them but it turned out to be poop.

First I booked a king buiness suite downstairs. Got a room up stairs. 2nd the pool and hot tub were out of service. 3rd The electric out lets buy both sides of the bed were worn out wouldn't hold our plugs in phones didn't really charge and cpap machine would keep turning off if the plug wasn't leaning just right. I was so fed up I booked another room in another hotel for the second night and checked out in the morning a day early which brings me to #4 630am went to eat breakfast before we left and they were out of the hot food . That was the last straw. This was the worst stay I've ever had in any hotel thru out my life. Although when I told the clerk I was checking out a day early he did say " well thank you have a good. ( I had to call him later as there was nobody manning the desk) it's pry best he wasn't there or that he didn't ask why i was leaving a day early. Because I really wanted to tell him .I just wanted out of that nightmare.

The location was good

Hotel was ok. The staff was very friendly.

The carpet in our room was stained terribly. The rim of the toilet bowl needed a good scrub. Gunk in the shower. Broken outlet.
