The checkin is extra secured you are not allowed in lobby which is very unappealing. The room bedding and cleanliness was good but the bathroom door paint was peeled off and bathtub was also not very clean

The security was terrible too.many prostitutes and drug dealers Memphis police should raid the place

Public hair in the ice bucket, unidentifiable smears all over the wall, pillows appeared like the staff had just taken a nap, smelled like 25-30 years of chain smoking. Good story. Less than savory in real time.

I booked the room for my 18y/o daughter who was traveling solo. It was only one of few hotels allowing 18y/o to even check in. Sadly, the outside gate and surrounding area seemed too sketchy for her and ultimately she decided to continue her drive to a safer hotel in another city. We didn't request a refund as it was already so late when the decision was made to not stay.

I thought was going ok..the bed has bed bites room 241. I want be back was just a stay because convenient.

We were in a no smokoing room the bedding had burn holes in them. The was no phone, no clock, some of the lights didnt have bulbs or didnt have shades and we didnt have a shower curtain. The smoke detector beeped all night becasue it needed a battery.

I accidentally arrived 12 hours early, so I was charged $70/night instead of $50 for two nights. I'm staying until Saturday, July 12. The first room (201) had a non-working A/C. After waiting 20+ minutes for staff who disappeared, I asked for a refund but was instead moved to room 132. That room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, and the bed linens had visible stains. The pillowcase, walls, curtains, and doors were also dirty. The fridge barely worked and was unsanitary, and the A/C smelled like cigarettes and only cooled when standing directly in front of it. The bathroom was outdated and unclean, and the toilet, sink, and shower had clearly not been cleaned in either room. A urine smell lingered, possibly from the bed or the A/C. I was too exhausted to move again. The Wi-Fi and card system were down when I arrived (1:30am), so I paid cash. The Wi-Fi later became spotty. Worst of all—there were bed bugs. Pros: it’s gated, has a microwave, soft bed, good Wi-Fi early morning, lots of parking, and is close to stores. I was exhausted and disappointed. I’ll never book here again.

It’s in a bad part of town but it’s the rooms are immaculate and well taken care of…

Front desk is rude

its outdated not convenient but for one night stop by just ok to just sleep on for our lay over

I was treated like a third rate citizen! Everything about the property was off. Being a fireman the whole building was not near fire code. There was no water for shower or using the restroom the whole first night and a half. I was there. The TV did not work and they kept the lobby closed all the time.

We booked 2 rooms for one night. One of the rooms blanket had what looked like feces on it and the smoke alarm continuously chirped. The other room didn’t have a smoke alarm at all and had what looked like vomit on the frame of the bed. The property smelled of pot every time we walked outside and the rooms smelled like mold terribly. We tried to call and walked to the window several times and there was never an answer or anyone there.

It was okay but there were cars and people next to property play races and shouting like crazy police couldn’t handle the situation

The worst place I've ever stayed. No housekeeping for 4 days. Had to request towels and never got them. We had to purchase towels AND toilet paper because they wouldn't come to the room. Guy at front desk was lazy and constantly lied to us about bringing towels. Please close this place Motel6

Horrible room, mold on the trim by the sink and bathroom dirty. Stains on the bed sheets.

Burn holes in the sheets and covers stains gnats wires exposed

Didn’t stay, took my family and left, unsafe, and has bad vibe. Off course couldn’t get my money back but rather loose it than stay in that hole.
