Front desk staff isn’t very friendly could hardly hear her when she was talking and trying to get a receipt is impossible also they hold your security deposit for weeks which is ridiculous. The rooms are nice and clean but dealing with the people there is not easy

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent memory! The rooms are spacious and well-finished. I had a relaxing stay until a VERY noisy family checked in next door but, when I asked the front desk about being relocated, they graciously accommodated my request. Some quirks, for people who are picky: • Bathroom light is on the outside, in the main room. • No channel guide on the TV. Screen set to stretched letterbox on many channels (for those who care about aspect ratio). • Thermostat seemed outdated or (possibly) non-functional. However, the fan worked in both rooms. • Sink faucet seemed a bit loose. Bathtub plug didn't quite seal and faucet dripped despite being turned firmly off. Not a noticeable noise, though. Overall, those were minor complaints, and I had a very enjoyable stay!

The breakfast was adequate but not excellent. The bathroom in our room was extremely tight and toilets are so low. Bathtubs are also very slippery. Was also a large roof light outside our window but curtains did not close tight enough to cover that light at night. Was not what we expected based on previous reviews we read but I would say fair for the price we paid.

We went to Lloydminster for a funeral and stayed overnight at Border Inn, it was a comfortable hotel.

Breakfast tasted real good, staff was pretty nice, but there was a lot of stains on the carpet and water damage on the ceiling. The room itself was nice, but those stains and such made it feel kind of gross at the same time…

We had a good stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff was very welcoming. We would stay there again

Very rude staff I checked in at noon waited till 3 for my room only to find out that my room was given away to someone else and I ended up with a queen instead of a king and she laughed about it and said you get what you get

The lady at breakfast is sensational; if I had a hotel I'd steal her.

We had only booked for one night, but what we thought was spring travel weather turned into our 4th or 5th winter of the year. So we booked for another night. Debbie at the front desk was amazing as well as the cleaning staff. Since there are quite a few hours between check out and check in they allowed us to stay in our room until our next one was ready. The breakfast had a good selection and the restaurant/lounge on site was good as well. I would recommend this property.

The room was decent - king size bed and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and was nice. They were doing some renovations at the time (baseboards missing). The breakfast was a nice add on - nothing fancy but got us on the road. The staff were incredibly friendly and we did enjoy our one night stay there.

Solid spot for the price. Room was clean but aged and needing some work. Hallways a bit dirty - undergoing renos. Breakfast was good and convenient. Gym is basic, functional.

The hotel’s included buffet breakfast needs to be updated with more healthy choices like fresh fruit, oatmeal, whole grain pancakes, plain yogurt and nut milks (almond, oat, soya) alongside the heavier less-healthy breakfast offerings.

Food in Bar was good. Breakfast was good as well great staff

Waste basket was full of garbage on arrival- not a good first impression. Room was cold and no thermostat. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Everything else was adequate. Staff was friendly. Overall, a bit disappointing.

Excellent breakfast

It's good value place. We jad to stay in Lloydminister due to a snow storm and had not planned to be here. Be aware many ground floor rooms just have windows direct to the pool area, so no view or sunlight. The biggest detraction for us was a lot of hallway noise and a couple fighting loudly outside late at night. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is fine. Pool and exercise roo. Seemed nice, but we didn't use them. For what we paid the value was good.
