This is our second time at this location. It is absolutely our favorite spot in the U.P. It’s close to everything, the beach restaurant is fantastic. The beach is absolutely perfect for families. The room views are amazing. And all VERY affordable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel & we’ll definitely be back!

My room has a beautiful view

Such a pleasant surprise! The rooms were very clean and very cute! The restaurant was wonderful!! The staff was awesome. I was speaking with the front desk person and told her it seems like everyone who works loves working here. She said “yes we all do!”

Excellent stay as always. Great views, easy access, nice beach, close to the docks. Hotel restaurant has the best food in town. When you get back to the hotel after a long day on the island you don’t have to go back out to get a good dinner.

The location was great, our room overlooked the beach and lake and the restaurant was right there. Staff was really friendly as well. Great place!

Grounds were very well maintained. Rooms were immaculately clean and well kept. Staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. All rooms have balcony overlooking the beach. Would have given more stars if it wasn’t for the hotel restaurant. The food was barely warm, tasteless and with no attention to their presentation. The service was awful, starting with the drinks. Order was taken and 15 minutes later, she couldn’t remember what we ordered. Waited another 15 minutes for the drinks and blamed it on the bartender. Don’t waste your money on their food.

Property was exceptionally clean. The concierge desk was a nice addition if you had any questions they were very helpful.

The room was clean and the view was amazing! Coffee and lemonade available all day! All the staff were friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. We also used the free shuttle to the ferry! 🙂

Nice resort style hotel with great outdoor beach and river front restaurant.

We came to visit Mackinac Island with my husband’s brother and friend and were very pleased with the view from the rooms, the breakfast, and other meals in The Club and The Beach Bar during our stay. Our Bed was very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Would stay again.

The property was very nice, way to may mosquitos for me but nothing they can do about that. Need better options for breakfast for individuals that can't have carbs
