Cockroaches, no amenities in room, all devices missing

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years. It's very convenient for Universal and International Drive attractions. The hotel is very sparse, but considering the convenience and cost, it's good. It is clean and staff is helpful. Downside: They have removed the refrigerators and microwaves from the rooms. I'm not sure if you have to ask if you want those amenities.

I woke up there was no towels in the room the toilet was clogged couldn’t flush was nasty

The hotel is fine, there is no problem with the cleanliness or attention, but they agreed to return the deposit of 100 dollars that they asked me to give me the room. When I left the hotel they told me that they would return the deposit in 4 days. It's been 10 days now and I have not received any response from the hotel.

It was a family trip to celebrate the birthday of my daughter and we could not ask for more, the Hotel is very near from many restaurants, attractions and convenience stores.

When I arrived, there were three associates just talking to each other. I stood there for a good 11 minutes when I finally said can anyone of the three of you check me in. It smelled inside of the hotel, the hallway, the elevator and the rooms. The parking lot has potholes. I believe they’re going through renovation. They charge a five dollar service fee to park./ WiFi The location of the hotel, is a close walk to many shops on international Drive. My room was spacious. The furniture was old wood- completely outdated. The air conditioner was so loud but worked. They need to throw out all the pillows, basically useless. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean. Clean towels. I noticed a few small bugs in the room, but nothing too major. There is no refrigerator, no microwave. So if you’re planning to stay more than a day, get a cooler. The TV was small, but all the channels worked. The doors of the hotel need to be fixed- with better top. They just need to update the Furniture update the hotel and train the staff for better customer service.

The room was gross. Dirty washcloth still on the shower curtain rod, everything was dingy and dirty and the bathroom door was rotting away at the bottom. I took my daughter to a theme park near by and stayed there. Looked like drug dealers outside and I was embarrassed she saw this place.

The place stunk like mold and the rooms smelled like cigarettes. The first room we were in the AC stop working. I left early i want my money back hotels.com ro i will never use your site again and i will tell everyone. Oh and blood on the floor

The place was alright, but it really wasn’t around a lot of food places, and there were far distance, but one of the staff that was there was rude towards other people staying at the hotel when the staff was working night shift when it came down to toilet paper and she started pointing fingers at one the people that were staying at the hotel when they came down to the lobby to ask for toilet paper and she started getting an attitude when they had asked for toilet paper.

The front desk was not professional

Rooms are dirty and old. No hot water in the shower or the tub. Rooms are disgusting.

Roaches and bed bugs

The hotel is newly renovated, has the largest pool in the area, free parking, and is very affordable. If you're lucky, you might find a smart TV in your room.

This property is very reasonably priced. It is in a great location especially for those visiting Universal Properties. It has a great pool and helpful staff members. The outside property look good but the room need to be updated.

Horrible service, old not well maintained hotel. Needless to say not a fan.
