the air condition no good the room it’s bad

From the moment the doorman took our luggage and parked our car, we knew we were in for a treat. The front desk could not have been more helpful.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful area! The bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet, even on a Saturday night. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

I specifically asked for a room with lots of light, and a big window, and that was the que room I booked. Initially i received a room without a window, only with a ceiling window.... very bad.... Than i went back to the atendant in the reception and asked for a better room. She gave me a room with a window of 1 feet x 3 feet! Than i gave up... If you need something from these hotel/ staff, probably youre not going to get!

The hotel was located inside a castle, generally clean and tidy. The room was good enough for two people, though not very spacious. One thing which sounded odd to me was that there was no air conditioning in the room. The staff said the weather was not too hot, so the air conditioning system was shut down. We had to open the window for ventilation and occasionally it was a bit noisy. Overall, an above average hotel with good service.

The property is nice. Roma are confortable with good amenities. The reception staff was nice during our registration/check in. The first night there were having lots of noices after 10:00 PM

I must disregard the complications caused by the national power failure at 1230 in the middle of my stay. Separately however the Hotel Wifi was down for the entire period of my stay for quite separate reasons which were not resolved. On the middle day of my stay some annual desalination of the hotel water system meant no washing, showering, bathing or drinking tap water for seven hours. Only one bottle of tap water provided for entire stay. Breakfast was a rather meagre buffet Valet parking excellent both on delivery and collection Really nice room and bathroom Very attentive and kind staff

Great staff service

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is relatively easy to access, and the parking is very convenient downstairs from the lobby level. Everything had been thought of. There was cold water available in the lobby. The reception staff noted (from my passport) that my birthday would occur during our stay and remembered to wish me a happy birthday on the day! There were glasses in the bedroom and also the bathroom. There were plenty of electrical outlets, and the wifi was easy. The view from the front room with balcony could not be beat, looking directly on the convent church. In short we were delighted with our 3-day stay in every way.

Very attractive, comfortable, well-located and friendly hotel, great for exploring Salamanca. Our room had a lovely view, and it was easy to walk all over, then return to relax in a clean, modern room. Nothing was lacking, down to bottles of water for the road when we left.

Our experience at Palacios de Castelllanos was amazing! The entrie staff was professional and helpful. We felt very comfortable there and are excited to return soon!
