Funky rooms

We didn’t like the hotel staff who were rude and not helpful. When asked for commute times to airport and breakfast times, we were told incorrect times. Our room was given to us pretty late and after everyone else got their rooms. We were the only family waiting in the lobby forever. The room wasn’t clean and had broken shower. The janitorial staff didn’t clean our room until very late in the evening. The cleaning wasn’t good either - soap in bathroom, coffee and creamer, towels- basic items were missing. Air conditioning didn’t work. We complained and they sent the technician immediately but it wasn’t fixed and we had to sleep in hot room. Please don’t stay here. There are several good hotels nearby with polite staff.

Great place and reasonably priced. Perfect location

We’ve stayed here twice now, and we had the guests from our wedding party stay at this hotel too. The beds are comfortable, clean amenities and l’occitane toiletries, you do feel pampered! The location is nicely central between two Metros, easy to walk to a lot of restaurants and the shopping streets. The rooms are quiet, and the lobby bar is convenient! The staff are so kind and thoughtful, and they have loads of great recommendations for things to do around the area and the city.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, the staff went above and beyond to answer questions and help us in any way. The rooms were nicely appointed with very comfortable mattresses. Dont miss the lovely rooftop lounge area. Also. The property was perfectly situated.

Location, location! Perfect location The only negative was the price of the breakfast buffet I thought was a little high.

Really liked this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were excellent. I should also mention that there was an extensive food selection for all meals each of high quality.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the private balcony with the view, table and lounge chairs. The morning buffet was excellent.

This hotel was modern with nice sized rooms. We had a patio off our room which was nice. We loved the rooftop bar and pool deck. A glass of wine on the rooftop was a great way to end the day. Robes and slippers in the rooms were nice to have. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was very nice with many options which staff continually stocked. There were many great restaurants nearby and the location was central to many of the sights we visited. We were able to walk to everything. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Good location for exploring the city by foot, bus or underground. Nice relaxed area on the rooftop with bar and pool. Room was nice but the air conditioning was ineffective. There was a good variety for breakfast.
