We had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean overall, though perhaps a little more attention should be given to the carpet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the main train station, and there are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. I got a good deal when I booked the room. Therefore, it was great value for money.

An excellent location if you want to be near Alster Lake or the train station. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine (average). The rooms were very small (as advertised) and the was no room service nor gym and luggage storage only for a fee. Overall an OK hotel.

Good city centre location and amenities nearby, room quite and clean condition

The location is very convenient as it’s close to the town centre yet it’s still in a quiet location, we had a lovely stay thank you !

No bells and whistles but a confortable stay. Very close to river, train station and city center.

I wish there was a safe in the room. Other than that very friendly staff, very clean room, great sheets on the bed.

The location for the property was excellent, easy to get to from the train station (HBF), and there were many good bars/restaurants within minutes walk. The area was quiet too. The elevator was sporadic. Also a few times the doors from the stairs were open/accessible to anyone.

This is the first place I'd recommend if you have a short stay in Hamburg and really just need a place to sleep. It's a great location (less than 5 minutes from the train station, and right across the street from the lake). The rooms are small but clean, we didn't have any noise from inside or outside the hotel, and service was helpful and friendly. Great option at a decent price.

I liked everything about the place, except for the fact that the air conditioning did not work.

Does what it does on the tin.Rooms at the back level 5 near the lift are very noisy at night.You hear the lift then when that stops you hear the trains on the track at the rear. Staff very good when we asked to change rooms and there was no problem in doing so.

The elevators were broken. We were given a dirty room, and had to navigate back to the front desk. Front desk acted like it was an inconvenience to find us a clean unused room. I did not want to shower, the towels were stained. The beds and pillows are like rocks. The room was small, and warm in a great location. Parking is easy!
