Très beau séjour. Il a été long de me faire servir mon souper à la chambre, mais l’attente a valu la peine. La nourriture était savoureuse et excellente. Juste dommage que la piscine ouvrait seulement le lendemain de mon arrivée.

J’avais spécifié à l’hôtel que nous étions là pour une occasion spéciale, sans frais supplémentaires ils nous ont transféré dans une chambre plusieurs luxueuses.

Les poubelles de ma chambre avait pas été vidée. Mes portes de salle de bain étaient brisées. Il y un haut parleur dans la chambre mais ne fonctionne pas.

Good place to stay and close to the city.

Clean room and friendly staff. Except the Monte Cristo restaurant that we get seated and no one came to provide us water or something. We stand up and left somewhere else.

J ai pas eu ma chambre suite familiale très fâchée 😡 elle n etais meme pas dispo en plus on me dit j ai une chambre vip suite et tout on m’a Chasser du vip comme une vulgaire inconnu .. ca fait dure comme acceuil il a fallu que je me Batte pour avoir autre chose que la Chambre deux lit double 😮‍💨plus jamais avec hôtel. Com

Avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé un depart tardif (1 h plus tard, pour 13 h). Personne n’a pu nous répondre, prétextant des frais de 25$ /30 minutes, et que nous le saurions le matin même du départ. Personne ne pouvais nous répondre le matin même. Dans la chambre TERZO, une des deux couettes de lit était tachée de sang. La réception a été avisée, et ils ont répondu un simple « oh! ». Puis, sous ma suggestion, ils ont noté le numéro de chambre pour aviser la femme de chambre. Ce que je doute qu’il ait été fait. Le spa a une odeur bizarre, ça sent l’eau stagnante ou la moisissure. Cette odeur n’était pas présente à l’automne dernier. La piscine est bien, l’eau est un peu plus froide qu’à son habitude. On nous a vanté le « fun club » pour les enfants, mais c’est maintenu fermé. Nous n’avons pas pu y accéder. Au gym, des affiches indiquant des smoothies /collations offerts, mais les réfrigérateurs sont vides. Très bon service au restaurant le soir.

Beautiful property both during the day and at night — very well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the city rush. The service at both the reception and the restaurant was excellent and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant menu was somewhat limited and the portions were on the smaller side, but the wine selection was excellent. The heated pool and multi-person jacuzzi were both clean and enjoyable. We also appreciated the bathrobes in the room and the extra towels provided. The furniture in the room felt a little outdated, but the bed was clean and comfortable. All necessary bathroom amenities were available and of good quality. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we did not fully understand was the parking charge added at checkout.

We stayed in a business room with one king bed. Unfortunately, the room could use some updating. Also, the room we were given was different from the one shown in the photos on Hotels.com when we made our reservation, which was disappointing. The air conditioner was very noisy, and we had to turn it off in order to sleep. The bathroom counter was quite narrow, leaving very little space for our personal items. The bathtub also felt unstable, as if there was a hollow space underneath the middle. That said, the room was clean, which we appreciated. The gym could also use some improvements. Some of the equipment was out of order, and there were no towels available. It’s unfortunate, because this hotel has been one of my favourites. I hope these issues can be addressed, as I would love to continue enjoying my stays here.
