When we checked it things went smothly. When we arrived at our room we used the elevator , it smelled like the engine was hot. We only used the elevators to get our stuff up and down when we checked out . We arrived in our room and itwas what we order 1 king bed. Very roomy. When we tried to sleep we could hear the highway we turned the fan on to help block the noise , but woke up cold. We went down stairs for breakfast but a lot of things where out, there was one lady that seemed to be managing the breakfast who was super busy. I went to the frint desk to let her know that the juice machine is overflowing there are bo spoons, no biscuits, and the lady seems like she could use a hand. After she took her eyes of her phone she said " biscuits are in the oven they will be out soon." A fee other notes * the pool had no towels, it was fithy. The hot tub seemd to not work.they had the doors to the pool propped open to the outside , anybody could get in. * when checking out sunday i needed to use the restroom i used the one in the lobby it had no tolit paper or paper towel and the tolit was broken, i informed the front desk ans she said they are working on it . Why didn't she tell me before i went in there she is the one who told me where the restroom was, Mabe hang a sign. We had a nice weekend despite the service and cleanlines.

Perfect for BC39 a IMS, short drive over with easy. One issue TV didn't show info for channels.

We were very disappointed in our stay. Uppn arrival, there were ZERO parking spaces for the hotel; we were forced to park in a lot that was not within view of the hotel itself. There is a motel 6 that shares the parking lot, and let's just say the patrons there did not seem...friendly, which also caused anxiety with parking our truck out of sight. The room was not clean; floors were dirty, stains on the couch cushions, and a spider crawling across the 'clean' towels in the bathroom. Upon check-in, the pool was crowded with rowdy teenagers who were in town for a baseball tournament, so we decided we would swim in the morning before check out. We set our alarm early and got our 2 year old ready to swim, only to find out the pool would not be opening because the teenagers had 'left something nasty in the pool' according to the the front desk associate. As if that wasn't enough, there was almost nothing remaining on the breakfast buffet by the time the baseball boys had eaten; only eggs and muffins remained with nearly an hour of breakfast time still remaining. Let me just say that we only chose Holiday Inn, because of their amenities and their overall rating. Not being able to enjoy our stay has definitely left a stain on our impression of the Hotel Brand moving forward.

I didn't like that on my last day I noticed flies flying around me, my guest and our food while eating breakfast.

Staff was okay not too friendly couldn't go to the pool several times they kept closing it early and changing times in the pool room was okay the hotel was clean and smell good

We needed a place to stay for one night on a road trip. The hotel was decent but in kind of an odd area. Parking was limited. When we arrived there was an odd smell in the lobby, but our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next day was good quality but that seating was limited and tight.

Very clean and friendly! My only complaint is the fitness room was 76 degrees with no fans and no way to adjust the thermostat. Everything else was great, the room, breakfast, location, staff! This is our 2nd time staying here for business and we will book again on the next trip.

Staff was amazing, room was great! My only downfall with the room was the faucet nozzle is the shower was backwards so when you turn it on, it gets mega hot. Other than that. Place was amazing! And there is a shuttle to the airport

Not really a bad stay but the television kept glitching every other word, very annoying
