We had a good stay overall. The property was clean and updated. We had an issue with our room not having the appropriate amount of beds upon checking in but that was remedied and we were given another room with the correct amount. Check in was quite slow. Don't really know the issue but it was tedious and my children did get restless waiting. Those would be my complaints. Other than than the hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great, the gym setup is small but perfect for my needs. Kids also enjoyed the pool but it was quite crowded when we were there so might be a popular hotel to bring families. Overall our stay was good. If ever in the area we would likely stay again.

The food set up for breakfast was not convenient. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and body soap being in the tub.

Looking it’s age. Needs some freshening up. Parking was tricky because work trucks were taking up multiple spots. The mattresses are hard as rocks.

They have the same policy that all hotels have where they will clean your room and change sheets every three days. However, they did not come in into our room and change our towels at all.

Very noisy. Get an upgrade so you can actually sleep and not hear road noise or screaming guests. Consider replacing windows and replace hall and stair carpets.

Great room set up for a family with the bunk beds but not enough towels and questions around how clean the room was with both of our kids having brown feet after walking bare foot around the room. Breakfast was limited.

Weeks before, a welcoming Ginny Hart took the phone reservation and I said it was for 2. She said to give her the extra name (Cathy Carroll) to ADD to the ONE reservation. I called, the afternoon, of first night, and asked Clayton to put our TWO rooms together. He said it was no problem. I called again for connecting rooms. Clayton promised to leave a note for night person. At check in, that night clerk said there were no notes or rooms left and that I had only one reservation. He did not ask for my 2nd person's name!!! That would have solved everything, even if Clayton left the promised note. Cathy was in the car because of no parking. Everything was sold out. Cathy had to stay with a badly injured friend. (Before our stay I never received an email with separate reservations). When I spoke to Ginny, she said that Clayton DID leave a note...Someone lied. Ginny apologized for the mistakes. She intimated that I wouldn't be charged a no show for the first night. BUT, upon checking out, the clerk seemed reluctant to give me my receipts. When I was aghast at seeing a charge for the first night (which was caused by both Ginny's and the desk clerks' mistakes). I asked to see Ginny again. The clerk said Ginny had rethought her decision and was gone until Monday. Looking at the not normally closed hallway door, to her office, I frustratingly said, "Yeah right!" Ginny "happened" to take a 4 day vacay??I think not! I am sure she was hiding. UNPROFESSIONAL I deserve a night's refund.

Front desk agent was amazing and even gave us suggestions on things to do and what was going on in town. The shower head was horrendous to use and the bathroom was in need of some care. Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had and we travel a lot.
