the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! made me and my husband’s valentine’s day stay very relaxing!! the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors occasionally, but the room came with earplugs and we slept perfectly fine wearing them! the rooms might seem a little small, but the TV is HUGE and the room feels luxurious! highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing paris getaway

Recent trip to Paris. Two couples, We both stayed in the Superior Balcony Rooms. These rooms were spacious,clean and fresh looking . The bathrooms were also both clean and sufficient for our needs. We did not use the balcony due to the weather . Our rooms faced the street and although there was a little street noise this did not disturb us. We had breakfast in the morning which was more than adequate to set us up for a day of exploring Paris. We would both recommend the Hotel to friends and return if we were in Paris again. The hotel was only a 15-20 minute walk from Gare du Nord . We sampled a couple of the local cafes for our evening meal.

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were super friendly. Great facilities available all day as well. Close to the tube and walking distance from many key areas. Can't wait to come back

The hotel details say the rooms are soundproof however I was surprised how much you could hear from other rooms. I woke up in the middle of the night as it sounded like someone was in my washroom.

Great location. Cute little hotel has everything you need. Only suggestion is if you’re a light sleeper wear some earplugs not uncommon but just walls otherwise great spot I would return.

The bathrooms were really really small but overall it was a wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly and the breakfasts were good.

I’m so happy I choose this hotel. We had 30 hours to see the most we could of Paris. I wanted northeast because we were coming in from Charles De Gaulle and took the train into the city to Gare du Nord. And the next day, train from Gare Du Nord to London. Location was perfect. Walkable and safe. Example we walked an easy 10 min to Galleries Lafayette. Also easy to hop on the 9 metro line to Eiffel area. And many other things. Staff, so friendly and helpful. Quick to offer to look things up for me, print out directions. They also held our bags after checkout next morning so we could look around before our train out to London. We chose the small upgrade to a balcony room and loved it. Picturesque! Room was very clean and bright with neutral contemporary furnishings and updated bathroom. Coffee machine and small fridge in room. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to stay here every time I come to Paris! The room was chic, clean, and sizeable, with a super comfy bed & nuxe toiletries. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The location is walkable to two different metros and tons of restaurants, including a great Thai one around the corner. And...there's a sauna on site! The only thing that might throw someone off is that they ask you to leave the key at the front desk whenever you leave - I found it fine and it was never a long wait to get the key back.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Two of the three front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. However one of the front desk staff seemed annoyed and scowled when we approached to ask a question. But we only had to interact with her twice. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

So always stay here very central but above all the service - Top tip for Travellers each room has personal Air Con unit - Location is 10 minutes from Gare Du Nord. 5 Minutes to Gallery Lafayette - Opera Same distance. However what set this hotel apart is the service Staff are great - and nothing is too much of an issue

Great located. Lot of restaurants

The rooms were much smaller than expected. The elevator could only really take 2 people at a time. The hotel is located in a nice area- close to restaurants and the metro.
