Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. Nice, walkable area- central to many sites and restaurants.

Great location and newly refurbished. Most items were within walking distance or close to a station.

I had to ask every day for the room to be cleaned and when cleaned , they didn’t refill coffee sachets or tea! We asked for awake call , it never happened

Perfect hotel for Christmas market

Standard room quite small. For the size of the building, surprised how cramped the reception and bar area were.

Enjoyable stay. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Reasonable rate and convenient 10 minute walk to the city centre attractions.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the main Christmas market and it was in the perfect location for that and other main landmarks. The cleanliness can be improved as we had to have our room cleaned upon arrival as there was a thick film of dust on our nightstands and desk. There was also a broken lamp on our floor just hanging there. The staff were quick to rectify the issue. The hotel has no real amenities, but the staff are really nice. Overall it was a good value for the price.

Overall a good place. Reasonable walking distance to many places. 5 min walk to the Christmas market. Staff was friendly. Hotel offered discounted parking voucher for fhe garage that was a 6 min walk. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower was really small. The main elevator broke but they had a service elevator that guests could use. I didn’t use room service or the restaurant, so I can’t comment on those services.

Very well maintained property and provided us with a comfortable stay. We stayed at this hotel when visiting Vienna to attend their many Christmas markets. The hotel is less than 5 mins walking from Vienna’s main Christmas market in from of their parliament building, making it very convenient. It’s also walkable to many other markets although taking public transport may be easier for some that don’t want to walk far distances. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were also welcoming and helpful.
