Staff was super friendly... room clean etc... was a great stay!

The cleanliness of the room and staff, although I have to say the elevator wasn’t working and fortunately, I’m a very active person didn’t mind taking the stairs, but it was frustrating when my hands were full or after a long walk.

We really didn’t see any staff so we don’t have an opinion on that - but there was hair left in the bathtub from the last guest, the toilets took forever to flush and didn’t flush well when they did finally do it. The bathroom was very gross. A lot of water damage under the sink and on the ceiling. The room itself was good. Wasn’t very “clean”..

Everything was great: staff, reception, and carpets, but the room was mango-colored and there were no exhaust fans in the room.

The staff is great, the location is excellent, but the room was so filthy. The elevator took so long to go up. When you wanted to go down to the lobby it was fine but the other way around it was ridiculously long.

The stay was great. Rooms clean. Food was amazing. Pool was a bit on the cold side for me but im sure that is just me. And unfortunately the elevators were not working great. However the staff was great the last day to go to the floor it was stuck on to bring it down. As i have issues with stairs. Overall an amazing stay

Very nice clean room with cosy beds. Pool was great. For the cost of the room, I will definitely be back.

Mediocre experience. The rooms were clean, and the attached restaurant and cafe - Tempo - was very good. Good location. The place itself was in poor repair though ie) broken nightstand, glitchy lighting. The sauna wasn't working right, which was a bunmer. You can hear everything in the halls when you're in your room - not great soundproofing. Some staff were friendly, others indifferent. Overall, the stay was okay, but likely won't go back.

Our room was dirty, lamps were dirty, eye lashes left stuck on the wall in the shower and carpet stained. The furniture is old and looking it's age. When I told the front desk staff they said they would put in a note to get the room and extra deep cleaning. No discount off our room or voucher to stay again at a different time. Will not return !
