The staff are all fantastic. As a first time visitor to Montreal they made the difference. The club lounge leaves little to the imagination and not great value. The wifi is terrible for dropping out often, rooms and room service are good, but it’s the staff on the front desk and at the bar that raise the standard of the hotel.

The hot tub was definitely hot...very enjoyable.The breakfast was beautiful... plenty of variety, fresh and nice presentation. Our room was fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive and personable. We had a wonderful stay... everything exceeded our expectations. We look forward to another stay some day.

Clean room and nice staff. Easy check-in.

Club room is nice with a free drink and breakfast daily. Nice quiet rooms on top 3 floors. Bed was a little uncomfortable and pillows a bit too high for my liking. Breakfast was really good in the dining room. Rooms were cleaned each day of our stay so it was great. Would recommend this hotel although the rooms are starting to look a little tired.

Very clean and staff were very helpful as this was our 1st time to Montreal and we don't speak French. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it each day.

Amazing staff but noisy air system in the room

The Delta Montreal provides a great location, generous room size (many with great views), excellent bed and linens that I’ve come to expect with the premium of Marriott. The room tech worked well. The overall hotel shows age, with finishes and fittings requiring updates. The parking garage is convenient but filthy.

The location (downtown Montreal) was great. Everything was within walking distance, once we parked the car in the hotel garage. The rooms are very clean. The staffs are friendly and extreme helpful. In our first room, the TV did not work properly and we had no issue switiching to another room. We loved bothof the room set up. The only thing that would had made it better if the TV was bigger in the second room, since the bed was so far from away. Overall, we loved the hotel and will definitely visit again.

The Delta has always been my staple in terms of accommodations whenever visiting Montreal. The rooms are large and comfortable. Always get the best rest! I highly recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Would never stay there again.
