We just completed a marvelously pleasant stay at this hotel. We were finishing a one month circuit of western France and some of the hotels we stayed at were, well, kind of meh. This was a wonderful final stop. The hotel is linked via a parking deck which leads to a shopping mall, which leads to the Place Comedie which is the main pedestrian path in the old town center. Lots of activity and shops and side streets to explore! The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar which has a great view of the city. Pool was a bit cold but we braved it anyway. There is also a large hydro spa and steam and dry saunas. Great for relaxing after hoofing it around town. And the morning breakfast is fabulous with attentive staff that can figure out how to get you almost anything. Highly recommend and hope to return soon! Only negative was getting hit with a 40 euro cab fare after trying to walk it and getting a bit lost. Not the hotel’s fault, be aware it is an easy two stops on the tram if you are coming into the Gare St Rich train station!

Big rooms with extra large beds (US style Cal Kings), beautiful breakfast room on roof overlooking pool and views. Hearty breakfast for EU, very kind and attentive staff. Relaxing indoor spa pool (warm) and working wet and dry saunas.

Could not put Air Conditioning on below 20. Breakfast for $90 was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were not hot and the bacon had an odd taste and smell and it didn’t look good. I had to fill up on toast. We ate out at Chez Alice which was terrific with all local homemade food for the remainder of our trip.

Nice big clean room. In the center of town. Close to historic city. Near big shopping mall

An amazing experience. The staff is exceptional and provides excellent service. Professional and polite. Had an outstanding experience. Would stay again.

Pool was not heated and not useable

Had dinner on 8th floor. The food was pretty bad. Both of our meals where terrible

Pullman was excellent and the crown jewel is its rooftop restaurant/bar and pool. The views are amazing and service very good!

Poor initial contact - Reception could have been better - they didn’t even know the we had prepaid for the room and charged us 2,300 Euros deposit! It did improve with Marie. The spa and the rooftop pool was good, as was the spa treatment for my wife provided by Pauline. Room was a bit small for the price.

Love the hotel, not the city

Staff very nice, hotel itself overall was very nice, sink was a bit clogged with hair in it, indoor pool was also broken. Roof pool was nice. Convenient parking space next to hotel. U can pay for parking when checking in. I think €17 per day

The staff members are all friendly and helpful

Supplies to rooms could be better monitored. Children using the breakfast area like a playground is not so great.

The location is convenient. The hotel is clean but doesn't look new. The reception mistakenly double-charged my credit card and I had to call them back for refund a few days after check out.

Fab hotel - great central location, big room and comfy bed, and really friendly staff. Parking is secure with an allocated area in the adjoining shopping centre car park for hotel guests - signposted well and easy to locate.

Do not stay any where else in Montpelier!
