Cheap no frills place to stay in the Grand Rapids area. The hotel is getting a bit old and could use some updating, but we would stay here again.

Rate was reasonable and the staff were helpful. Mattress was comfortable too but that’s where it ended. Doors in our room were poorly hung-bathroom door wouldn’t close. Outdated Comcast cable system required navigating to “view in hd” button. We won’t be back.

The night staff was friendly as could be but the morning gal was a bit hostile and wasn't a good first impression. The elevator was broken at points of the stay and wouldn't go down to the first floor or vice versa (luckily the door opened and we could get out). Continental breakfast was very lackluster with very few options and for some reason no plates were available so everyone had to use bowls for their waffles, etc.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem i had was the air conditioner did not work the first night however the changed my room the next day and the rest of my stay was fine . They offer a full breakfast and this particular hotel was with walking distance of a convevience store ,grocery store, and a nice restaurant and within a very short drive of several other placees to eat

Smells like cigarettes. Breakfast offerings are very scanty, although there are eggs.

Inexpensive stay and comfortable beds. Property is close to stores and restaurants. The walls are rather thin and you can hear hallway noise anytime someone is walking down the hall.

Nice rooms and comfy bed, breakfast could be better.

Staff amazing, unfortunately our room had such a bad smell due to the mini fridge. Elevator button was broken over night.

Only complaint was the lack of fresh coffee early Sunday morning.

Fast checking in and very friendly. Place smells very clean and visually clean.

Hotel was just fair in my opinion. The room was comfortable but the hotel doesn't look like its been well kept. The drink and snack machines were both out of order, the exercise room was dirty and cluttered, both or my TV's didn't work and they were only able to fix one of them

We have stayed here in the past, and noticed the quality has decreased dramatically. The staff at the desk were incredible and helpful though! After check in, we were able to get a new room almost immediately. We had to do so because our room had a broken lock, smelled pretty bad, and still had food in the fridge! Our new room was slightly better. Elevator was scary. We noticed that a girl sat in the stairwell playing on her phone for the entire night before all the way though the time we checked out. I don’t think she was supposed to be there! Breakfast was fine. We probably won’t be back.

Good hotel

This room was a great value and bed was absolutely incredible. There was a hot breakfast but not a lot of options.

The stay was OK. Nothing to write home about. The elevator needs to be replaced badly. The second shift guy at check in was rude. couldn't get off his phone long enough to check me in. When I asked for towels for the pool it was like pulling teeth. Because of him I would not stay there again alone.

The night staff was horrible. Particularly the check in person. He was not very personable at all. I asked a question and he never answered so I walked away. He was talking about another guest and his child. Saying that they just checked in already going to be an issue. The pool was not stocked at all. There were about 10-14 people in there and no towels. When I asked for a towels he bought 4 of them. He was constantly on his cellphone the entire time. My child also found a vape in our room who is 1. It was not a good experience at all and I wish I could get my money back.

The room was clean. The elevator did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. The toilet seat was broken, but the replaced it on the 2nd day. Breakfast was inconsistent. It got restocked and was better by the end of the week.
