Elevator was down, being on the 3rd floor wasn't fun, but it wasn't horrible either. Breakfast was ok, service was good. Overall decent experience.

I stayed one night. While everything was ok I didn’t sleep well. For some reason the smoke detector decided it wanted to go bananas at 4am to the point where I couldn’t go back to sleep. Also the toilet would run periodically

It was third rate sure of need by superior competitors.Appears run down and in middle of rehab. Would not return or recommend

Airport shuttle not available after 12 AM, requested @ 12:15 AM with “nope” response. Staff look like doing what they can with limited budget.

Found lice in my room

Staff was friendly and helpful

There was garbage all over the sidewalk and in the landscaping near the entrance. The stairway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The pop machine and orange juice dispensers were broken. The hot water and coffee was room temperature at best and we were there right when breakfast opened. Our bathroom sink was clogged and the tv didn’t work (you couldn’t change channels). There was a dirty towel folded in with the clean ones.

The hotel stated it had free parking and airport shuttle. I checked in to discover it is $10 per night fee. They said they understood and that I would get a refund for my booking. Only to find out, they will not approve the refund.

Noisy

I checked in and immediately the hotel did not look like the pictures. There were people arguing outside. As I walked to my room the walls were stained and peeling, they had the tiniest elevator with the buttons falling out. The room next door had people slamming the doors and there were literal trash bags outside another room. Inside the room, the curtains did not close the bathroom walls and the bed sheets had stains. I left less than an hour later and gave the keys to the front desk and told them I was checking out early but it seems they did not check me out because I was getting texts as if I was still there. I contacted Expedia and they tried to get me a refund but the property which is independently owned did not do anything to try to correct this. The price does not match what you are paying for.

TV was not working the first night. Was moved to a different room that was smelly.

Staff at the desk was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The bedroom TV didn't work. The bed was very uncomfortable. The towels were dirty.

Very nice spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower, great accomidations for the money.
