La atención del staff muy buena pero las condiciones de las habitaciones es pésima , no se lo recomiendo a nadie

Would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family

This hotel was digsusting. I had to move rooms 3 different times because there was either no electricity, tbe shower was broken and the room was filthy. The final straw was when there was a used condom next to the bed. The staff are usless & dont care. Dont stay here.

We booked with the High Springs Inn for a few nights in mid June 2025. The Inn is undergoing renovations which Peter, the owner, made us aware of prior to our check in in the afternoon and upon arrival, gave us our choice of rooms and locations. Carline, his wife set up breakfast and runs the desk in the morning. They are wonderful people, very honest and scrupulous in their dealings. They treat you like family and are kind to all that come through the door. The facility is located close to the numerous springs in the area and is a great place to stay while in the area.

very clean had no problems at all and a really good price

Staff member walked into our room without knocking which was kind of unnerving and the room wasn't very clean but side from that everything else was pretty good

Excellent good service, clean, good breakfast

This was a quick stop to rest but it was so dirty I barely slept. The light in the vanity was broken. There was poop in the toilet when we got there. The shower head looked like it would fall out of the ceiling if used. The fridge didn’t work and there was a line down the middle of the tv. all in all it was sketchy. I do not recommend. Staff was nice.

Easy check in process and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Outside isn't the best but for the price the room is pretty nice and updated.

This place has some bad reviews but appears to be under new management and is currently being renovated. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more with such an affordable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and on a budget

Rooms are in very poor condition. Cob webs are everywhere lightscare notvworking. Appliances not working.

No place to hang cloths. Very poor quality bed and pillows. NO WATER so no shower in the morning. It was a horrible experience. Yet no one offer of some sort of compensation for the poor facility.

The room was terrible walls where filthy Mold growing on bathroom ceiling and wall refrigerator did not work Bath tub was painted at one time and paint was peeling off Cigarette burns in blanket

Yes, it is an old motel, outdated and needs a much needed renovation. Overall stay was not great as very little worked. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. No light in room. Had to use bathroom light. Bed covers need replaced. All rooms were booked this weekend in the area so this worked out good enough. Friendly gal working the desk. For the price I was ok, but wouldn’t stay again.
