Easy parking

I am very disappointed with my stay. I reported a bathtub issue twice, but it was never fixed. When Hotels.com contacted the hotel to discuss compensation, the hotel denied the problem entirely. Not only was the issue unresolved, but the staff also chose to lie about it.

I love that the staff is very friendly and the hotel smells\looks good. It’s always clean and there’s always dredging drink at the ask for those who are checking in. This time I had a King Suite and the view was amazing. The breakfast was great and the housekeeping staff is excellent.

We loved our stay there and will definitely book again. It’s a very convenient hotel that is very close to Sojo Spa, nice restaurant options and New York. The room was very clean, quiet and the riverfront balcony views were a nice vibe for a great price. Staff are friendly and very accommodating to guests. The breakfast was plentiful with many options and the property is well maintained. A hidden gem.

I booked a room with a river view but was given a view of the parking lot. I went to the front desk and she told me that’s what I booked. The picture on your sight was a view of the water. The front desk made me pay extra money to change my room to a view of the water. That is what I paid for already. Won’t come here again ever.

Great location and clean rooms.

The ONLY hotel I have ever stayed in where they not only put a $250 credit card hold for a pre-paid room, they photocopy your license and credit card! Absurd.
