Amazing stay awesome breakfast and amazing front desk staff

Property was clean. Staff was nice. However, the first room we checked in into smelled like cigarette smoke and the second room smell like perfume. Hot tub jets were not working and we rented this hotel just for the hot tub. We enjoyed it anyways, but, it was disappointing.

My friend and I wanted to enjoy some relaxing pool time without kids running next to us and being sprayed with their water toys. We didnt have long before kids were everywhere dominating the pool. We couldnt even hear eachother talk right next to each other.

The staff in Maple Grove is so friendly and go out of there way to be nice. The young man at the front desk is so very kind and when I apologized for being such a bother he said I am no bother at all. I am old and he was a great assistance to me and I really appreciate it. Also the housekeepers would go out of there way to say hi and tell me to have a nice day.

Everything was great except the door was not flush so I could hear all the traffic in the hallways. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I do recommend.

This hotel has all the right amenities. The automatic roller blackout curtains felt very luxurious. Room size was perfect, ample space for my husband and I and our two kids. Pool seemed a little dirty but not a big deal. Breakfast was great. Great customer service and attention to detail. All the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back…

This was a wonderful hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good as well. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hot tub was down, which was disappointing, but by the next morning it was working. On check out, the front desk staff was apologetic and wanted to make sure the rest of my stay was ok. Overall, it was pretty typical of what I'd expect from a Hampton Inn - clean, friendly, comfortable and family friendly. It was just disappointing that we couldn't use the hot tub after a long day at a baseball tournament.

My only complaint was 1 of my 3 rooms weren't ready until almost 6pm.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Seating area for breakfast was small; the gentleman behind me wouldn’t move his chair; so I had to adjust our table to sit.

They where very accommodating and friendly.

Clean and comfortable

I was able to get an early check in, the bed was very comfortable and I was able to charge my Tesla on site.

I really appreciated having a nightlight in the bathroom for those early morning trips. The room was very clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the pillows.

I didn't realize this was the oldest hotel in this area when booking but we could tell right away when walking in due to being outdated, older smell and stained elevators. Staff was very nice and helpful which is a plus! Unfortunately there was mold in the shower, housekeeping still came in regardless of the sign to not disturb and the tv involuntarily turned off repeatedly while trying to watch movies. The hot tub and fitness room were nice so thats a plus! Not sure I would choose this location again at almost $200/night. Also didnt realize there would be grade school hockey players running the halls...so keep that in mind for sports events.

Property was great but we had reserved a king room but we told we could only get a double room and that a down grade often happens when reservations were made through Travelocity. Not very happy with Travelocity

We had never stayed here before and would definately recommend it. Staff was very accommodating, cheery, and friendly whenever we saw them. The rooms were clean, and were not missing anything (unlike other hotel experiences we had recently). Very large, good quality TV too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, plus the pool temperature was the best of anywhere I have ever stayed.

Perfect location for our weekend trip.
