Had a lovely stay at Hotel Diplomat. Staff were excellent. My check-in went smoothly and they were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. Had one bad encounter with the host in the restaurant, but other than that everyone was very kind. The room was amazing, the view from my balcony was awesome, the location of the hotel cannot be beat. For the price it was exactly what I was expecting, I could not point out any faults. Really loved my stay.

Excellent hotel, excellent location

Amazing and charming property in a prime Location of Stockholm. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed everything about it. The restaurant and coffee shop are also amazing.

My stay at the Diplomat was lovely. It is an elegant hotel in a beautiful, historic building. The charm of the water across the street and being able to easily walk to the tram or subway near was super convenient. My room was well appointed with nice linens and a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower too! I ate at the downstairs restaurant twice, both times exactly what I needed with good food and attentive service. I highly recommend the Diplomat and will be returning in the future.

Everyone here was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The food and drink options were delicious and the rooms were well appointed, clean and spacious.

Beautiful hotel with amazing charm! Perfect location in Stockholm. The restaurant at the hotel was superb!

Very elegant hotel in the best city centre location. Room quite small but suited our needs. Very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast

Simply excellent in every way.

My only complaint -- on two occasions, I've left things behind in my hotel room; and in neither case did the hotel manage to get the item back to me. Otherwise a very pleasing hotel.

Perfect Stockholm hotel

Within walking distance to Royal Palace, shopping and dining. Bathtub/shower was a little slippery, other than that, everything was perfect. Staff was very attentive and nice as can be! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. The air conditioning in the room was very inadequate. We were told the system was decades old and outdated.

Everyone was very friendly room was great apart from view. Place was very clean had great character central for everything

Amazing hotel!

Anna in the hotel restaurant was very welcoming and attentive from our first morning at breakfast, until our stay was over. The hotel was lovely, the room was wonderful, all staff was helpful. The location was within walkable distances to all of the places we wanted to visit. The ferries, trains, trams, and buses were only steps away. I really can’t say enough about our experience here, just wonderful!
