Very nice place.

very large rooms. Outdated, musty and needed better cleaning

This property is just ok. Very dated and parts were unclean. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

This property needs a makeover, and staff who can clean it properly.

Great stuff and nice location.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Good breakfast, great gym. Also near the Kulturehus which had several very interesting exhibits, with a great one by the artist Nesch.

Great breakfast, not so great customer service ! Disturbed late at night to move my already parked car so someone else could then park their in the very same place ! No restuarant / food available in the evening and no water in room.

We had a nice stay in Ål. The room was clean and the beds were really good. The breakfast was s packed lunch and a little dissapointing compared to a normal hotel buffet (because of coronarestrictions)

Clean hotel but nothing great. Rooms are worn and the furniture has a cheap IKEA look. I would say that this is a 1-2 star hotel due to the worn rooms. Restaurant was nothing good but you have to eat here as there are no other place to eat around here. The hotel has beautiful nature around it and it is a shame the owners doesn't use some money to upgrade the hotel.

We were searching for family in the area around Al. The hotel was very nice - large room with a balcony overlooking the valley which was very beautiful. Very helpful desk staff in giving directions to a family farm.

Ok hotell. Veldig enkelt tilbud på kveldsmat. Vi benyttet et annet sted. Veldig bra rom. Helt oppe med god utsikt

Klassisk 90 talls stil og stoort rom. Helt som forventet

Hyggelig og komfortabelt som vanlig på Thon Hotel Hallingdal (Ål). Det begynner å bli små vedlikeholdsting som må taes tak i, men det går enda ikke ut over komforten.

Service innstilt mann i resepsjonen som sørget for rask innsjekking og fint rom.

Gratis parkering. Enkel standard i store rom. Middsdagsbufe var veldig enkel med kun kyllingbein to dager på rad. Frokost var bra.

Veldig hyggelig betjening og god frokost, men rommene er noe slitt. Kom vann opp i sluket når en dusjet.
