Nice hotel Friendly staff Good breakfast

We stayed for one night and it was a great stopover location when travelling from Oslo. Good breakfast helped us on our way in the morning

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Good breakfast, great gym. Also near the Kulturehus which had several very interesting exhibits, with a great one by the artist Nesch.

Great breakfast, not so great customer service ! Disturbed late at night to move my already parked car so someone else could then park their in the very same place ! No restuarant / food available in the evening and no water in room.

We had a nice stay in Ål. The room was clean and the beds were really good. The breakfast was s packed lunch and a little dissapointing compared to a normal hotel buffet (because of coronarestrictions)

Clean hotel but nothing great. Rooms are worn and the furniture has a cheap IKEA look. I would say that this is a 1-2 star hotel due to the worn rooms. Restaurant was nothing good but you have to eat here as there are no other place to eat around here. The hotel has beautiful nature around it and it is a shame the owners doesn't use some money to upgrade the hotel.

We were searching for family in the area around Al. The hotel was very nice - large room with a balcony overlooking the valley which was very beautiful. Very helpful desk staff in giving directions to a family farm.

Rent og pent. Middagen var ferdig allerede kl 21, så det ble en utfordring å få mat da vi kom kl 21.30. Frokosten var ikke fersk og frokostsalen var helt full

Beetje vreemd dat je moet inchecken bij een tv scherm en zelf je pasjes moet activeren terwijl de receptie medewerker er gewoon naast staat. Hoezo klantvriendelijkheid? Prima kamer met helaas traag internet en een tv welke ook er soms qua signaal mee ophield. Dad jammer tijdens voetbal kijken WK. Voor de rest prima kamer en douche en goed ontbijt

Rent og fint. God frokost. Fantastisk valuta for pengene.
