It was clean, A/C unit worked well, great location but that’s about it. Furniture is extremely shabby and outdated, breakfast was blah. If it wasn’t July 4th weekend I would have gone elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff were amazing and very friendly. The kids really enjoyed the pool after a day at Busch gardens. The pool area was always clean and stocked with towels. I plan on staying there again in the near future.

40.00 a day for maid service...no hand soap , very unhappy left a day early...

Enjoyed my 7 night stay. Will definitely consider this hotel next time I'm in Williamsburg.

The room was a little beat up. Maybe time to renovate?

The staff and breakfast were good but the room was a disaster. Dirty, stains on the walls, ceilings, carpets and lamps, and the most uncomfortable beds I’ve been in. Very run down property

Overall the experience was good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some TLC. The furniture in the rooms was beat up and clearly old.

The hotel is ok. The firetrucks appeared as I was driving up to the hotel. Apparently there was an incident.

Really close to William and Mary. Breakfast is great as is the walkability to dinner locations.
