It’s a no frills stay. It was comfortable, staff was helpful

TV channels were not clear. The rooms are dated in that there are not phone chargers built into the lights/night stands. Breakfast was decent and the hotel was relatively clean.

Déjeuner compris..... pas aimé la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ni de chauffage pour enlever l'humidité. Matelas fini totalement (Les "SPRINGS" étaient tous à la surface du matelas) pas croyable. Changé d'hôtel pour le retour.

Location and I stayed there before a couple of weeks while working everything was good

I didn’t like because as soon we got in you can tell that’s it’s not really clean plus when we got into our room we smell the washroom and the old carpets . The bed sheets , towels are not really white as clean , over all the stuff are old that we didn’t use it in our bath , good that we brought our own towels .

Great location, staff were friendly, breakfast pretty good and clean room

Feels like the losge needs a bit of an update. Stay and staff were fine. First level rooms don't have much privacy from parking area.

Some dust in corners, especially on the stairs. Room smelled strongly of bleach (even the sheets). Our room had a grate removed from the air conditioner which was left on the window sill along with the screws to attach it to the unit and a screwdriver. Seems like it was being fixed, but a room was needed, so I guess we got it, mid-fix. More attention to detail and a little less bleach could have made this a more enjoyable stay.

Clean, fresh. Staff fine. Very weak breakfast, especially considering the cost to stay here.

It shouldn't be legal to charge for a room like this. Most ridiculous shower situation I've seen in my life. Showerhead installed at 5 feet from shower floor, curtain rod installed even lower than that ... Impossible to keep water contained with a massively oversized curtain covering the entire bottom of the shower. Honestly I almost lost it just trying to stay calm with how inconvenient and ridiculous this was. Tissue paper bedsheets and blanket, pillow felt like a garbage bag ... Ceiling peeling away, water damage everywhere...I don't know how a room like this is even allowed to be rented out. Absolutely terrible. What is happening to the world

Accessibility could be better. Difficult to get a mobility scooter into building and around hallway corners. We did manage.

It was good but they need to get rid of the rugs in the room. They smell terrible, you can smell them as soon as you walk in the room.

Pet friendly

As unbiased as I can be. The TV remote didn't work & the ice machine didn't work. The breakfast was put out a 1/2 he before you could eat (guess that was so the hot items could get Luke-warm). When I reported the items not working (no answer when I called down I had to physically go down to the front desk) the guy acted like it was all me and the items were functioning. He found out, for himself, that the items were broken... the only resolution he could offer was that he would report them and they would be fixed the next day (get that the place doesn't even have a backup remote for the tv). The next day came and went. The Ice machine got fixed and I was still without a remote... the solution they gave me for not having a guild (to see what is on, or coming up) was to use the up/down channel keys to see what was on... Oh, the last point. The layout chart on the room door is wrong. On the second floor it shows the Ice Machine in a room, on the second floor, that has one of the card locks on it... but when I tried it I lost my card inside the lock and had to go to the front desk to get another... good times. Will not stay here again.

Smelled. So. Bad. Immediately your got with BO it’s just embedded in this room. The sheets were stained. Clean. But stained. I refused to use them. I bought my own sheets pillow cases and blankets. This isn’t a carpet you would step on bare foot. I didn’t even go in my socks.
