It’s not The Ritz but it is perfectly ok for a nights stay.

Good sized rooms, staff were helpful and efficient. Handy location, easy to get around to other parts of city. Lots of parking pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was ok, have had better and had worse. Comfortable bed, can tell it's an older hotel but overall decent condition.

Its nice location everything you want food, Groceries mall its around the Area. Also the property is very accessible. The staff is very friendly, breakfast its eally good ang the server is very friendly and respectful.

We always have a good experience whilst staying here. This is our 4th stay and another booked

Conveniently close to West Edmonton Mall. Hotel it clean, staff are friendly, gym is well-equipped and hot buffet breakfast was great!

The building and room are quite old. I noticed a lot of dust on the amenities in the room. The bedding was wrinkled, and the water in the bathtub drained very slowly. However, the check-in staff was friendly. The breakfast was average—comparable to what you’d get at McDonald’s.

Cigarette butts all over the place especially around the entrance door, where it says no smoking

The property is showing its age a little bit but it was clean and comfortable. The staff I interacted with were lovely and the beds were comfy! I would stay here again!

No pool, long distance to our room from lobby. Restaurant was a little slow but meals were great! Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room. Would really appreciate electric charging for vehicle. We would stay again.

There was rotten garbage in the hallway by the elevator that smelt the whole hallway up and I told the front desk it still took a few hours to get it removed and an alarm clock in another room was going off from 5:05 AM for hours

Our room had been recently renovated and was clean. The rest of the hotel is very rundown and it wouldn't hurt to vacuum or clean the grounds once in a while.

We stayed here for 2 nights and other than forgetting to replace the toilet paper everything was great. Especially loved the buffet breakfast. The bed and pillows were very soft. Would definitely stay again
