Very quiet and peaceful place.

The rooms and the bathrooms and sink really need to be updated especially the Ac system

Air conditioning doesn’t work in that place .

They are not fans of construction workers. Know that if you show up in work clothes for check in you are going to get the worst room in the hotel. I know this because my first check in this week was in street clothes.

We never got our room! Booked and paid for but due to technical issues they refused to provide me and several others with rooms and would not work with service to provide rooms! Expedia took over and proved us a beautiful room at neighboring hotel. Staff was rude and unhelpful only made excuses and refused to call management for assistance!

Someone was getting harassed in the parking lot

Front desk is alright. I got some napkins and some guy thought I was stealing something. I called to let them know I just took napkins and he said they are going to do an inventory check to make sure I didn’t steal anything ? My room was clean but had like a musty smell , the tv is so old the carpet is dirty and I seen multiple cockroaches in the bathroom. I also called about that and the front desk guy Robert said “ well this was pretty much built on cockroach land , the wifi does not reach the 3rd floor at all. I got moved to a room supposedly closer to the wifi but still could not barely get any signal. The only thing this place is good for is when you ask for towels

The place is old . The rooms are clen but staff is does not care about complaints.

Had a good stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Your housekeeping staff is amazing.

Tuis was a family event. The weather was nice the service is always friendly and great.

The property was nice clean and spacious. However the bed in Room 239 had a broken slat and I kind of fell a little sideways towards the floor. I wasn't hurt though. Just startled.

Price

A/C didn't work particularly well. A/C or something else on/near the exterior wall made loud popping noises through the night, causing some issues with my ability to sleep. Bad comfort average. Overall the room was fine, and the location was great. Front desk very courteous.

The Staff was great. Star the receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient at checkin, made checking in a total breeze
