We arrived to glass all over the entrance to the hotel. Someone had just thrown a rock through the window. The person on the desk couldn't find a broom to sweep it up. Our beds were beyond terrible. Springs sticking up and the mattress sunk in the middle. Absolutely appalling. I will never ever subject my family to this place ever again. It should be condemned.

Pool, easy going atmosphere

The main areas of the building is dated and not very clean. The luggage trolly was in ill repair. Elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and carpet should be replaced

We walked in the room and ended up leaving for a different hotel. It was so gross. Hair was all over the bathroom, the bathtub was chipped, and the room smelled like urine. I'm not usually picky with hotels, but I just could not stay here.

Upon check in, first room assigned had not been cleaned, was switched to a different room. The hotel in general is run down, and very limited renovations are being done to upgrade it.

Shower was full of mould. Front windows of the main entrance were smashed in. Entire place had a bad smell. Did not stay. Left immediately.

I didn't enjoy anything about this stay. The line to check in was slow and the wall paper in the lobby was peeling and I just knew right away it would be bad. It was late and we were tired but I didn't even want to stay in our room. It stunk the minute we got in the room, the carpets felt sticky, the bathrooms were moldy, the walls were filled with dirty hands and smudges. I've made a complaint and got no news back.

Filthy

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The linens were clean. The room was spacious enough with important amenities included. ALL other things in the hotel were old and in bad repair. (Peeling wallpaper, rusty fixtures, LOTS of mold in the bathroom ... which probably contributed to the overwhelmingly musty smell... sticky floors and carpets... gross dirty pool... though it was well clorinated, etc.)

I arrived to the property at 6pm and tried to check in and was told my room was not ready and would need to wait. Even though check in starts at 3pm. I finally got to the room and the AC didn’t work, tv wouldn’t turn on, dirty handprints on all the tables, it looks like the carpet was not vacuumed as I saw food left on the floor beside the couch. Additionally the carpet was wet all over and I needed to keep my shoes on to avoid wet socks. Shower had no water pressure and faucet would not fully turn off. I went to the front desk and many other people were complaining about their rooms as well.

Do not stay here ! Extremely run down , our room had severe water damage that has never been repaired . DO NOT ADD BREAKFAST.

This was a first and last visit to this property. It is very dated. Bed was comfortable and clean. We found our room to be quiet enough. However, the carpet is old, dirty and not recently vacuumed. Walking in bare feet from bathroom to bed, had to clean grit off my feet to get into bed. Room had peculiar odor, which is likely from the carpeting, which appeared “oily”. Bathtub had hair in it from a previous guest (YUCK). For a facility with so many rooms, the breakfast area could only seat about 8 people. Breakfast offering is pretty meagre. Definitely, not good value. Only reason for more than one star is the bed was comfortable and clean. So, slept well.

You are clearly trying to improve the hotel. Keep it up, lots of Reno’s needed.

Good rate this is a place if you need to sleep and rest. Cleanliness is not the best but good service the staff smiles and try hard. Our room was tidy and somewhat clean. Good for the price

Smelled funny.

The room was far away from elevator husband uses a walker and he found the walk to room tiring. Asked for a change but couldn’t do it. The room we were in was clean but small as it had a king bed in it. Good breakfast

The staff was non communicative the room was not cleaned blood on the pillows and window was wide open with a crack pipe outside of it and it smelt like urine and mold

They need new beds. Very old and spring are broken.

Meh. Not great. Staff was lovely.
