Great location. Lovely hotel

Our flight to Barcelona was cancelled 30 minutes before the flight so we did not get to stay in the hotel and it was too late to cancel for a refund. How do you think I feel about the whole experience?

The staff was great and very helpful. Located close to Las Ramblas, but the neighborhood was not clean. The room was clean but there were holes in the laminate floors and the corridor walls and the couch was in poor shape.

Great location, 2 minute walking distance to Rambla. Train stations within walking distance. Hotel was clean, except for the floor, could have been cleaned better.

Location very convenient. Lacked little things like glasses in the room and kleenex.

Amazing place!

This was our 4th time at this hotel and the service has declined dramatically. Rachelle on the front desk was rude and unhelpful. She advised us the rooftop pool was closed on a sunny 30 degree because it rained earlier. Rather than mop or squigy the floor, she made the decision to close the pool all tighter at 4pm. After some escalation and pressure from other hotel guests, she reluctantly unlocked the door and allowed us to use the pool but proclaimed ‘the bar is closed, no staff, no drinks’. I’ve never had such shocking service at a hotel in Spain. Our room smelled very damp and had a strong musty odor that never subsided. The air conditioning was ok, but it certainly wasn’t cold enough for us. Our room was big and well appointed and the hotel location was awesome! Alex who was the concierge was super nice and very helpful; shame Rochelle’s bad attitude ruined everything. We won’t go back, there are better options in the same area with nicer staff.

It is in great location near cataluynia square and goutic aria

My friend and I checked into 2 different places— at hers they welcomed her, brought her bags, and took time to share the great things about Barcelona, and invited her for wine at 7. Here I got my key, and although the lady helped to remove my bags, that was all there was. The food at the restaurant was good, but it was hard to find someone to help. Pros- the shower, and bathroom in general. Wow. The room size was perfect. I liked the view from my room. It’s easy to get around. The people were kind. It was clean. Lots of amenities. Cons- as I write this I can hear everything in the halls (neighbours knocking, doors opening, talking), I feel a good rest may be difficult. I felt the lobby staff could have done more (sharing about the city). A peep hole in the door would be nice, as would the added security of a chain lock. Trying to use the phone to connect with the front desk seems to be impossible. Tried to call, nothing happened. There is nothing in the room to help navigate that. Tried to find the room service menu, could only access online. Would be nice to have all of that in the room. It’s a nice place, but I feel it’s missing the above to make my stay easier and more comfortable.

Nice hotel, great staff. Very busy area so lots to do but also can be loud. Overall very nice!

Super location, great transport links nearby. Rooftop space included several seating areas, small pool and bar. Lovely comfortable bar area.The room (number 214) and bathroom were clean, well equipped and big enough for both of us. Did not eat at the hotel as plenty of other options nearby.

Terrible wifi. Hallways water damaged all over. Slight smell in the room. Possibly from the water damage.

There were no hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom, despite the card saying to hang them to conserve water and the layout of the room was awkward, hard to get around doors to the bedroom, bathroom and shower. For the price we paid for this hotel, I would expect a bit more in terms of the room itself.

Property in great location for Ramblas, quiet area, friendly staff.

Location was fantastic Humidity levels were so bad that the sheets fell wet and our clothes also. The walls looked like they were melting. It smelled in the room assuming mold or dampness. They put a machine that was suppose to be a dehumidifier buy that didn’t work. AC was terrible. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly.

Great location. The pool and roof top patio is a nice touch, however the drinks are a bit pricey. The rooms were perfect and the cleaning staff so friendly.

No wifi the entire stay! The hotel was poorly maintained.
