The room was 70 percent good but the air conditioning was not so good and the towels are really really bad also the sheets and the pillows are old and They look very worn, completely old and frayed. I don’t know why they say that is a 4.5 star hotel I think it’s 2 or 3 stars just all the staff are very good nothing that they can do

The bed was dirty and we asked for it to be changed. We have stayed here for years and the hotel is being neglected. Curtains, bedding, and carpets are disgusting. It used to be a nice hotel.

The hotel is great, but they could improve or replace the old shower head for a better water flow.

I have so many bad things to say; 1. They had to change my room card 4 times. 2. The room carpet its disgusting! 3. The pillows are soooo nasty, dirty and very old. 4. The windows and curtains are extremely dirty, 5. The shower drainer was always clogged as so the bathroom sink. 6. The toilet was leaking. 7. The towels were soooo old! 8. The AC wasn't working property. 9. No plastic cups to wash your teeth. We stayed one week and we will not be coming back.

It was very clean nobody bothers you

We stayed for 5 days and we didn’t have any hot water at all. The entrance key deactivated 2 days during our 5 days stay. Although we reported the issue, personnel didn’t seem to care .

Breakfast is very limited. Shower was low pressure and took awhile for the hot water to get hot.

It was an ok stay. Staff friendly. The only thing was that the parking didn’t feel as safe.

They can improve the guest stay

When we arrived at the room, the bedsheets weren't changed or cleaned. Everything in the room was old and falling apart. The whole hotel is in rough condition. The staff was friendly and changed everything cleaned in our room.

Everything ok, just a little old facility, but it’s safe and staff very friendly. All the assistance is done through WhatsApp so it’s really handy.

Several Mal-functions: No second towel; no hot water but early mornings; A/C did not blow air & No Phones in the room.

They did’t let us check-in even thought the hotel had been paid! We had the reservation but they said that there was no system, we waited until 2am & they still did NOT help! Do not stay here!!! Terrible sevice
