Overall good place.

There was construction and jack hammering for the first two hours right above our room. I called the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do. It was awful!!!

The check in process was easy and staff efficient but no personality. The room was nice. However there was no water pressure and the warmer you turned the water the less pressure you had. The sound of the elevator is unacceptable as it keeps you up all night! Every time it ran it would wake me!

To be totally blunt I’ve had better experiences and have been more comfortable staying at a homeless shelter. The shower was absolutely terrible, I mean the worst shower I’ve ever used, a king bed harder than a rock WITH QUEEN PILLOWS that were fake fluffy and so uncomfortable to sleep with. We wanted to come to a hotel for our anniversary to have a BETTER experience then what we would’ve had at home so if that’s what your looking for this isn’t the place for you at all, actually no one should stay here, I would recommend this to anyone. For almost $200 PER NIGHT this was our experience. At that didn’t even give us the river view.

A coworker and I stayed here for two nights this week on a business trip. The rooms were clean and service at the desk is excellent! The beds were comfortable and it was one of the more quiet hotels I've stayed in. There was one issue with a plumbing leak in my room, however the staff took care of it quickly and got me into another room pronto. It's a great location in downtown Hamilton and only about 45-50 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Easy walking distance to shops, breweries, and German Village. There is a nice YMCA, Hamilton Central, just around the corner if you're a member and need a workout or swim. Highly recommended!

Great property

Been staying here for 5 years for work when weather is bad or I have inventory as I live over in KY. They charged me $5 to park. I’ve never been charged to park in the five years I’ve been staying there and was not told there was a parking charge.

Will start off by saying the front desk employees are exceptional and professional in every way. I do not typically downgrade based on “the look” but this property is past it’s time to refresh the rooms—at least the one I stayed in. The laminate was peeling off the furnishings and the bathroom needed some attention. I expect more from a Marriott property. I had a room designated for accessibility but the bathroom lighting was very dim and the tub very slippery albeit there were many grab bars in the tub/shower and accessible controls. On the second day no one made up the room and I had to get some items from the front desk—but this is where the property shines—staff is super accommodating and sincerely nice.

I have stayed here several times over the years. Always nice staff, good location and comfortable rooms. Will be back again next year.

I stayed at this hotel for business purposes arrived late in the evening was not able to shower due to tub not draining properly. The front desk staff was very nice. They changed my room but again the bathroom was not very clean. A lot of buildup just didn’t seem very sanitary.

Nice hotel, I am not a downtown fan but everything was in in good order.
