The area and how convenient it was to get to other places.

Safe area

The front desk clerk was SO RUDE. He was impatient & seemed unsure of the check in/check out process. Pretty expensive for no breakfast.

Clean and very accommodating

Conveniently located near the Talladega race track . Lots of restaurants , shopping, Walgreens is within walking distance.

I stayed at a different hotel different that usual when I traveled to AL recently. It is an older hotel but nicely maintained. Clean linens, clean bathroom, friendly staff. I like that room includes kitchenette area. I wasn't expecting the $75.00 refundable deposit required at check in (perhaps this was required because I booked through a hotel booking site & not directly with hotel). I disliked my room being located right outside the elevators. I could've requested a different room but opted not to. Also the hotel clerk informed me there was no complimentary breakfast served. I liked them having a "store" to purchase food & drink items. Hotel is centrally located to shopping places, restaurants, & other entertainment. Overall good stay, would likely recommend to others & stay again.

We stayed two nights and the over all stay was good. The guest service was extremely nice and helpful. However, the water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE, my daughter and I had to literally rinse our hair under the bath faucet. We couldn’t change the settings on the shower faucet so it was just droplets of water coming out. The second night the microwave and refrigerator quit working, and it was steaming hot in our room.

Everything was great except the shower pressure could be a lot better. I will definitely be staying again.

The stay was perfect for me

Must have flooded, the whole time we stayed the first floor had fans blowing, you couldn’t even hear yourself think. They were repaving the parking lot and so parking kept changing and it was hard to find a spot. And our room felt and smelled damp!

Great location- near gas, shopping, and food options. The only issue we had was a noisy AC unit in the room. Staff was helpful and efficient.

The room was excellent. But I was never told that I was going to get charged a deposit on my card, and it be returned in 1 to 10 business days. Without my authorization. That's wrong to me

Amazing experience. Spacious, clean, and with helpful and considerate staff.

Overall it was a great experience. There were several utility fans going to dry up some type of floor flooding issues but again it was a great stay.

Cleaniness and staff

Good value

This is a loud and busy hotel. They dont do anything about other quests running up and down the halls or making alot noise. I checked into the hotel and I was told they placed a hold on my credit card for $75. I asked when would that be back on my card lady said 5 business days Its been almost.2 weeks and nothing. Its gonna take 30 days before I get my money back.

Loved the dove soap ! Room came with dishes for the studio suites loved that!!!!

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. It included a kitchen and a recliner. The only cleanliness issue was the track of the shower door was full of pink and black mold, which was much more noticeable when you are inside the shower. Only other complaint was the staff. At check in, there was a sign that said I’ll be right back. I waited 5 min before anyone showed up, and she walked up and didn’t smile or greet me. Just said “name”. Then muttered something about it being a stressful night. She was not courteous or friendly at all. When my bill was much more than I had booked for and I questioned it, she rudely said, “that’s with the deposit!”. Other than that, the hotel was nice and a convenient stop on our way to North Carolina.
