Staff was very nice and kind. Breakfast menu was ok but not much variety of things. Clean room and cozy.

While i only stayed two days, my time inside the hotel amounted to less than 8 hours but, i was amazed at the quality of the bed, soooo comfortable. Even the restaurant stayed open late to accomodate a pair of tired travellers. Great experience

All staff were very nice. Property needs some details on the outside of the rooms, all plants around the windows were dead. Supervisor needs to check the rooms before give them away. When we enter the first day , the room wasn't properly clean, sheets were used with hair still hanging around, pillows covers were dirty. We left one day early and try to get some credit; but the hotel didn't accept this claim, no even for a future check in . Which is normal tha a business try to maintain its customers. But it's fine. Apart from these details , everything else was fine

A estadio no hotel foi muito satisfatoria. Um local aconchegante e que nos proporcionou um incrivel experiencia. As pessoas foram bastante receptivas e acolhedoras, o serviço de quarto é muito bom e possui uma boa localização.

Everything was good but the pressure of the shower. Also towels are old and wasted.

The staff was very friendly and kind. I stayed in Bogotá for a week and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great, with lots of local food options. My room was cleaned every day, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel was excellent. Recommend

This is the beginning of a shanty town. Loud, hotel did not informed me of upcoming renovations, I was changed rooms 4 times previous room conditions were unsanitary and dated. Personnel were very polite and always had a smile.

This was a family trip, and the room and beds were very comfortable,not noisy at all. The best of the daily breakfasts was the fruits and coffee. And the service of Alexander in the dining room, he was were kind and helpful, my kids loved him. The rest of the team is also very cooperative.
