Was ok for the value. Vending machines charged my credit card for twice the amount that the item was. I do recognize this is separate from the hotel but it was pretty appalling to see my credit card charged for 18 dollars for a bottle of water and a package of potato chips

Comfortable pillows, love the bathroom with the extra vanity mirror. Good size mini fridge. Nice layout for the king bed room. Large couch to lounge on. Great location for our weekend at softball valley. Mall is super close by.

We have always liked the Lethbridge Lodge right from when it was first built!it’s still really good but we miss the lovely lounge in amongst the trees! Wasn’t overly impressed with the box breakfast idea, our personal preference was when it was buffet. Overall great stay as always, rooms are updated and clean, close to many amenities!

Whenever we are in Lethbridge we stay at the Sandman Signature Lodge. Love the location. The Italian Table has excellent food and is very convenient.

Surprised as to the high price and condition of hotel

Hair was in the shower. Internet password didn’t work. Elevator stinks of smoke.

The staff was really friendly when we checked in and the room was very clean. We asked for a late checkout and they gave it to us with no extra fee which is nice because most places charge.
