This hotel is an older one that has been renovated fairly recently . It’s is clean and they have made strides to update it. Check in was a breeze. The gentleman at the desk and housekeeper as well as the men performing pool upkeep were very nice and friendly. We stayed multiple days and enjoyed the pool and even ate in the pool dining area. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to Lackland AFB; but had to deal with a drainage leak and quite a bit of water on the floor during the four day stay. They willingly gave us extra towels to mop up the water, but did nothing to solve the problem.

The Mgr was quick and pleasant with a couple things we needed Housekeeping did a good job room was well kept and we are OCD so we like neat clean order.Left House keeping a nice tip

Property was in a good location and decent for the price.

Went to San Antonio to see my Nephew graduate from Air Force Basic Training. The hotel room was very nice, and for the most part clean. We had plenty of supplies, and were able to get more when those supplies ran out without any issue. The staff were all very friendly, informative, and helpful. The only minor issue, was the floor. It appeared clean but wasn't as there was some kind of residue (Maybe from cleaning product itself?) My sisters feet were really dirty after just walking around barefoot for a couple of hours. However, overall we had a wonderful stay and recommend you bring flip flops, sandals, or something for your feet.

The front office was nice and professional. The hotel needs for sure improvement. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was working great! Cleanliness was not the best as far sweeping and washing floors, we bring flip flops to wear all the time.

Place was so run down and dirty.

This is the second time I stay at this property and I am very pleased with the conditions. The hotel has been updated and it's very comfortable.

The outside and the area do not look the best to be honest, but we came for the Air force Graduation and it could not have been a better spot. We were 2 minutes from luke and selfridge gate! Even though it doesn’t look the best from the outside the rooms were great, very nice and clean. Also the customer service is amazing, I never asked his name but he was always in there and was very knowledgeable and helpful about the area and graduation. Our trip couldn’t have gone better.

I have stayed at SA many times and I seem to come back to this one. I love the service received everytime I stay there. Great service, amazing mirror, love the bed, it’s so comfy. The lighting to the hotel is amazing. Great rates and stay all in all.

My first time staying was attending my son graduation at the Air Force Base and I had a second time visiting my son while he finish up his tech school. Stay twice because of the good customer service I received from the man at the front desk and also the lights outside for security reasons is a good plus.

I would like a refund , didn’t even stay the night. I left immediately because the staff (person at the front desk) was extremely rude and impatient. Would not recommend.👎👎👎👎
