A nice hotel located close to Dresden Old Town, with beautifully classic style décor and very clean rooms. However, the service might not be as good as what you’d expect from a typical star-rated hotel. The reception staff are not very helpful and tend to refuse assistance lol!😮‍💨 This happened to me personally since I had clearly booked a large one-bedroom room, but the receptionist gave me a twin instead and refused to change it without any clear reason. The next day, when I asked another receptionist, they finally switched me to the correct room according to my booking request. Like…🤷🏻‍♀️ Also at check-out, we asked for help bringing our luggage with a trolley, but the receptionist stated that it wasn’t their job and they weren’t supposed to assist with that. Thanks for being helpless!🙋🏻‍♀️
