Very clean breakfast was complete

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they came in and changed out the towels. I hung them up like the sign said and when I retuned they had been changed out with fresh towels. Not a deal breaker by any means but it would be great if they stood by their eco-friendly policy stated on the hang tag in the bathroom.

Convenient location / parking, but very noisy (they evidently forgot insulation in the walls during the most recent reno!) 🙉

Professional staff

Another great stay! Our daughter is going to go college up that way and this place is great as we have been going up a lot for things at the campus! This will be our go to anytime we are up there!

I enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn...staff was friendly and the room was clean...

Pool was really small so was lobby area . Rooms were kind of tiny too

The web page specifically stated there was a hot tub in the pool area. The pool was indeed available and all was clean and fairly warm. But the hot tub had been removed during the latest renovation according to staff at the hotel, so there was none there. I really needed the hot tub after a 11 hour drive. I was not happy, but did not complain, because I'm sure the desk clerk did not have anything to do with the missing hot tub.

I got sick during the night and was not doing well at checkout time and the staff let me stay until 3:00 when I felt better to leave. So thoughtful of them. The desk clerk even asked me if I was feeling better when I left.

Quick trip to tour a college with my daughter, very nice place all staff we encountered were more than helpful and personable! Very clean rooms as well

I called to cancel my reservation and was told I would not be charged for the stay and after I got back to GA I seen that I got charged by the hotel for my stay even after the cancellation......

Staff was very unfriendly, the front desk attendant was the worst. Checking in the front desk girl was to busy on her ipad, and annoyed that i asked 2 questions. Front loby was unkept and i made the mistake of using the washroom there, it was dirty and had overflowing garbages and smelled horrible. At check out the next morning the same girl at the front deskwas angry that i wanted to return my room key, her only response was to snap her fingers and point to the desk......she wouldn't even speak to us. Felt like we ruined her day by being there.....

Nice Hotel

Disappointing to have the pool closed and no mention of it through any communication up to, and including, check in. We were also given one bed and a pull out couch rather than the two king beds we had reserved. When we asked after finding our room, I was led to feel as if it would be a problem to find the room we had reserved and used the less than comfortable pull out since it was only one night.
