Everything was excellent, check in was a breeze, friendly service everywhere, great breakfast, excellent hotel restaurant, nice room with everything you need.

The staff were wonderful, the food was great, and the parking was hassle-free and much needed in the area.

We loved this hotel ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food, the pool was relaxing (although there was a lot of construction noise next door) along with the evening music. I would def recommend this hotel. But I have an issue with Expedia and cannot get through to a live person to discuss !!

The property was clean but it was old. All the furniture and appliances were maybe over 30 years and it was like staying in the 1950. But my wife liked the breakfast. The staff were great and helpful. But the hotel itself needed renovation.

Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Good location, few minutes walk to the lake and 20 min walk to Laguna. Excellent funicular nearby, fab views from there. Really good bus service to Laguna or other places which is free with a Ticino card (available at the hotel) We went to Morcote village on the bus which is definitely worth a visit.

Lovely place near the Lugano city center. The room was comfortable. Appreciated the chocolate left on our pillow at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had a nice time with our stay.

Chose this hotel for its lake view from balcony and location, walkabilty to the lake and shopping/restaurants. Everything could have been perfect, if not for old cigarette smell in the room (non smoking room was pre requested). Needed to sleep with the door open. Would have asked for room change if we were staying more than a night. Front desk staff were extremely courteous and well appreciated.

Comfortable, convenient accommodation. Short walk to the shops and restaurants. Delicious breakfast in the garden each morning there was a beautiful start to each day.

Very nice hotel, well run with very friendly staff. Room was large, but extremely small bathroom. There was no room for us their covered payable garage.but there was plenty of onsite parking around the hotel which was free. The attached restaurant which was a pizzeria was really good I would recommend a visit there. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is nice and I stayed when the Corona measures were still strictly enforced. It is a nice hotel but it is somewhat removed from the core center. Two busy streets meet at its base. Maybe better if you have a car. But it is near the beautiful lake and the center is walking distance along the stunning boardwalk. At the time only the hotel restaurant was open. That was one of the reasons for the trip. To actually being able to eat in a restaurant!

A nice comfortable stay. Large bathrooms, clean, onsite parking, decent breakfast, good service.. all a big plus. We wished the pool was already open. Sometimes I just enjoy laying on a lounge by the pool with a glass of wine and a good book but couldn’t do that here. I couldn’t fully enjoy the balcony either due to people smoking on theirs.
