Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte, alors que c'est un hôtel 4 * et qu'il faisait vraiment chaud. La caution de 100€ n'a pas été remboursée le jour même. Pourquoi? J'attends le virement sur mon compte. Je ne recommande plus cet hôtel.

Nice welcome but freezing shower water the morning

The front desk staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating Also the bartender and server The hotel was alright but needed some updates A little shabby around the edges The jacuzzi pool looked great but was very cold It looked as though they are trying to save money so cutting back on certain things Staff made it better than it actually was

Great place to stay in Grenoble, quiet area and yet very accessible. Very clean and nice. The staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) were all really nice and helpful with no exception. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel was very well located. The staff were all wonderful, kind, and helpful. Our family room was large and smartly arranged and our in-room breakfast was excellent.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and super comfortable bed!

Good room, although air conditioning did not work and bedding was for winter - at temperatures of 30 degrees not a pleasant stay. Restaurant and bar were closed and had long walk in to town to eat and drink.

Nice business hotel. Well located with great breakfast. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Nice experience, easy check in process, and a decent size room. Breakfast was 18 EUR a day but it was nothing overwhelming, with not many things to choose from. Nice fitness centre. 5 EUR a day outdoors parking no reservation is required. Area around the hotel was ok, not the nicest.

We had a great time in this hotel. My only complaint would be that the bar closed at 9pm on the last night when we all wanted to meet after dinner

Great service, nice staff

Knackered building and fixtures, too hot, bad coffee, awful vegetarian breakfast options, decor actually makes your eyes go funny - the faux zebra carpet and naff 90s materials are impossible to focus on. Struggling to say anything positive. Totally crap.
