The staff were very helpful and were eager to provide great service. The breakfast was varied and very good. Shout out to the coffee barista. Room and bed were very comfortable.

“Absolutely stunning from start to finish. A beautiful, elegant, five-star hotel with luxurious details, breathtaking atmosphere, and exceptional service. Everything about this place felt gorgeous, relaxing, and truly unforgettable. That being said, our room (817) was not the greatest it was just below the restaurant and was noisy after dinner till about 1 am.

Room was beautiful and Maja did an excellent job taking care of all our requests. She is exceptional. Breakfast had a great selection. The service offered by everybody was really good and Cesar met all our expectations and more. Jose Enrique Herrero and Monica create an unique experience for our first visit to this hotel. In summary great hotel especially due the excellent service.Definitely will be coming back in the near future and recommend to our friend and family.

Great size room and bathroom, large comfy bed, robes, amazing shower. Good location - 8 minute walk from the train station. Greeted with lemonade, cava, or water. Flower shop in the lobby with some complimentary candy as a nice touch.

I cannot imagine a better hotel in Valencia. From the moment you check in, you can tell that you’re going to have a first class experience. The property is stunning- very well kept and clean. The room was beautiful and offered an amazing view. The complimentary waters were much appreciated after long days walking around the city. Overall I couldn’t have imagined a better experience than what Only You provided. Many thanks for the outstanding hospitality and warmth.

The hotel was unbelievable. Incredibly friendly staff. Ana-Maria checked us in and couldn't do enough to help us. The food in the restaurant is some of the best ive had in Spain. Could not recommend it highly enough

Soundproofing the only downside. Outside noisy overnight

Comfortable and relaxing luxury in the middle of the city. A welcoming lounge area where you can meet with friends, or just sit and relax. Perfect location for restaurants, sightseeing and public transportation. Amazing breakfast on the ninth floor with a view of the city . And the staff were simply the best. What a wonderful place to stay :)
