I liked that it was close to the park and river walkable to restaurants and Dt, and that itwas quiet

Room was overall really clean. Well kept up-to-date. However, the parking was not great.

could use modern vending machines , and more coffee options in room not just espresso , AC didnt seem very strong on hot days room to warm

I booked here intending to use the hot tub. I found out after I was settled into my room that the hot tub & pool were under construction.

Staff were very good. Our room had been renovated. It was comfortable and clean

The extra charges on my credit card, dirty hotel! Would never stay there again

Cleanliness could use some work. Pillows had stains all over them upon checkin. When asked if they could replace them, they showed up to my room with 2 new pillow cases and didn’t even offer to change them for me.

Wouldn’t accept my debit Mastercard, expensive for not having a pool or hot tub available( under renovation) could have offered a free breakfast or something for compensation

The room was very clean, well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature.

The staff was amazing,they were very helpful they went out of their way to help and make us as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the park town hotel 🏨 👌 🙌 😎
