I love the new renovation they had done loos more bright and clean .

Very helpful staff, nice area.

The upgraded revamped rooms are gorgeous.

We like that it’s close to the hospital. Road closures around the area are really annoying and difficult to drive around.

Air conditioning is not good for summer room temperatures 25 degrees cool down to 22.5 room temperature not comfortable at all

For an additional 50 dollars we had Ana amazing room with a great view, separate room and beautiful fireplace! The 4 Seasons Grill was a beautiful place to enjoy a drink and fantastic food. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a staycation away from the kids! Fantastic hotel, well done ParkTown

Newly renovated rooms! Beautiful really, clean, tastefully decorated. Robes and slippers supplied, and the cherry on the cake was real coffee cups and glasses! The food at restaurant was top notch also!

The restaurant had great food and service, the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful when we needed more coffee, and the pool and hot tub were awesome! In the future, I would try and book a room with a river/park view.

LOVE the shuttle service- like a personal car service to take you anywhere plus pick up in the city-no extra charge. restaurant has great food, we had a nice updated room. Driver John (older gentleman) went above and beyond.

Floor wasn’t clean in the room. Could clearly see dirt/ hair everywhere. We paid extra for a river view room, which the view was nice but that’s about it. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Air conditioning was barely blowing. Apparently they are finally switching their A/C to digital and had a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience, so maybe that was the problem. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have booked here. For a higher end hotel, we weren’t too impressed.

Restaurant was great

The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We were here on a golf trip and one of the guys had a medical issue. When they went to the front desk to get directions to the hospital the staff were all over it and immediately took control and the hospitality van driver offered to take him to the hospital. Once there he gave his card to the patient and said call when you need a ride home. Thanks for this would highly recommend this hotel.

Recently renovated..my stay was very relaxed and enjoyed the menu at the restaurant

Small room but acceptable for one night. Hot tub was pot of order and no ice machine on our floor. Front staff advised we could get 10% off food at either restaurant or pub.Went to pub where they said no 10%. Communication could be better and accurate.

The whole experience was great right from check in to check out. Room was spotless completely renovated, free secured parking , staff were all very welcoming.
