Very nice stay

Good for the money it costs. Breakfast is good.

The staff were very attentive and spoke flawless English. The breakfast was excellwnt with great selections of breads and smoked fish. The location was perfect for walking to the old town.

Overall good experience staying here, only had one member of staff in the bar that was not friendly, which was a shame

This hotel was perfect for a 1 night stay before heading out on a international flight the next day. Staff was very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions. The pool was amazing with the views of the city and the sauna area. Only jets were not working in the pool. Very comfortable and restful. Parking was additional but we paid for this and had our rental right out front of the hotel. Very pleased, K.Fischev

Friendly stuff. Good location.

My location was very good and most the staff spoke excellent English. It is near old town and several bus lines. The church across the street is worth visiting.

The hotel is well situated to walk and see the city. Staff are amenable and the rooms clean and well cared for. An older hotel that has been well renovated.

Decent place

This property refused to give me a receipt when I paid at the property because I had booked on Expedia. The staff member kept insisting that the "amounts were different" and that I had to email expedia for an "invoice." I kept telling them I paid the hotel and I deserved proof of payment but she refused telling me, "I know it is confusing but you have to email expedia for this." So some kind of scam is going on. I need the receipt to be reimbursed for work and have nothing. Couldn't stay and argue or I would miss my bus. Had to clean my own toilet because feces was all over the front and all over the toilet seat when I arrived (!) Mattresses are old spring mattresses. Powdered eggs and frozen berries is the quality you can expect from the buffet. Tallinn is absolutely awesome. Real shame I had to start and end my journey at this hotel. Would not recommend. It's a budget hotel charging very high rates and I paid more than I was quoted on Expedia but have no breakdown of why.

The staff in the cafe was very welcoming and helpful.

On the negative side, the room was very small. We stashed our suitcases in the shower. Positives included the hardwood floor, a large window that opened and a breathtaking view of the old town and the sunset/sunrises. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Hotel was clean, room was a good size, and great value for what I paid. Marcus was especially helpful at the front desk, both upon check in and check out. The only bad part is I had to leave after 24 hours and couldn't check out all the places he had recommended!! 10/10 would come back

Very modern building. Service was excellent. Location very convenient
