I had a awesome stay

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.

Hotel staff were lovely but they clearly didn’t have enough staff, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast in particular was chaotic at the weekend as there wasn’t enough staff serving. We stayed in a cottage which was a great size but needed a refurb. The taps on the bathroom sink turned around, the shower was very noisy on a low setting, the electrics were also suspect. Expected more for the money we paid.

Very clean. Excellent service. Need to note that you don't need to pay for parking in the car park - better (and cheaper) to pay at reception. Disappointing that the bar and room service ended at (or before) 11

Great location to the beach, friendly staff

Inside the hotel is nice, but outside looks tired and run down, breakfasts were often waiting for items to be replenished, with limited options for children especially the really thin cold pancakes, reception staff were pleasant but found the bar staff a little offish, pool was nice and warm with free towels provided and friendly staff to assist, overall nice but could be so much better.

Good Hotel

Nice hill top location with 180 degree view of the Ocean including a long stretch of the sandy beach. If the hotel provides a binoculars, customers could view the other side of France.

Excellent stay

We booked the family room for a group of 5. The setup was a large king size bed, double sofa bed and a single foldable bed. The king size bed was lovely to sleep on. The single bed could not be used as it was so bad, the floor was a more comfortable space to sleep. The sofa bed is probably the worst sofa bed I have slept on. The mattress had no support and I ended up with back pain every morning. I mean I have an Ikea sofa bed, average priced one and that is 1000 times better than this sofa bed. The bathroom is lovely with very functional monsoon shower head. It was clean and spacious. Parking is convenient and you will find a space always. It is a safe parking area. Check in was quick but no one showed us to our room. That was a let down. I have always stayed in good quality hotels and usually they show you to your room. Was not easy to find but we managed. The pool was meant to open in 1st May and being a very warm day, a lot of quests wanted to get a morning swim in. We were told they open at 8. When we got there the pool was still being sorted out, chemical balance or something. My thoughts and others were why didn’t you get the pool sorted a day or two before to iron out any issues. A huge let down there. Overall, a good hotel and well located. It’s better than most but at the same time for the premium price paid, more was expected. Staff around the hotel are lovely and friendly. Genuinely seemed nice. We would probably use again at some point.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean . The bed amazingly comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was spacious with shower that was nice and powerful, with a good sized separate bath tub. The tea making facilities were great. The staff were very helpful and polite . I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here, Maggie the receptionist was really helpful. The hotel is in a great location, we had a sea view which was worth the money. The room was a good size, the bed very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

We booked a junior suite as we were celebrating a special birthday. The suite was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view looking at the ocean. You can lie on the bed and see the ocean. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I would stay again. The only downside was paying to park at the hotel. Which was £12. I think it should be included in the room price.

Wonderful stay. Rooms incredible and comfortable, food amazing. Staff brilliant. Only thing that lets it down is it looks dreadful on the outside. It’s not a true reflection of what’s on offer on the inside

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room, Junior Suite. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff all very helpful.

Nicely situated on cliff top. Dining options very good. Basic toiletries lacking in bathroom and no extractor fan in bathroom. Reception staff excellent especially Sarah.

The only down side was the parking! As there was a conference, there were no parking spaces. We were given an emergency parking space though.
